What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the collaborative environment hosted by MindTickle within your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the functionality within the MindTickle UI such as the navigation and abilities when viewing deck presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall program comprehension is improved when presentations and assessments are scheduled on a regular basis.
amazing training tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find very useful the possibility to access from mobile devices and been able to download contents to view them offline, also when not connected. I find useful as well to have a course shaped in training blocks and to be able through a simple view to view the remaining trainings
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's possible to upload a training without a subtitle or a translation in different language provided. I find very useful to enable the download or email the recap of the course with a synthesis and all the link to the attachments.

The mobile app and website both work in perfect sync
What do you dislike about the product?
The timed sessions don't make sense. eg : if course completion timing is 40 seconds and if I close the window at 39seconds, the course isn't marked complete event though only part I skipped is the last thank you slide

I have been through a variety of sites for sales enablement and empowering resources but I found this one is really robust and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training section, it needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making your staff ready to changing market dimension keeping them competitive and timely evaluating their knowledge about products and services.
Makes on-boarding so much easier!

I really like the UX and the ease of use, completed my onboarding in Mindtickle and I can say it is the smoothest onboarding I have done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any issues so far.

Onboarding and training have become scalable, easy to keep track of your progress all under one platform.

The interface is intuitive and engaging. I appreciate the amount of modality options available to diversify the learning experience for our audiences.

The organization of content and scrolling.

learning in small digestable chunks. video and quizzes makes it very interesting.

some of the quests have a lot of content. more advance content option would be preferable

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our enablement team is able to customize the training courses and make them super engaging and fun. It's very easy to digest content and stay up to date on internal company procedures and products.

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about the product

I can learn at my own pace and management can have a pulse on how the company is consuming the content and which teams are more engaged with learning.
MinkTickle excels as a training platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the browser and mobile formats that let me keep up with my activities any time it is convenient for me. It's easy to filter and review multiple activities so I know what's completed and what's coming up next. Although there is sometimes a bit of anxiety when assessments
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a very few instances where the browser lost track of my viewing progress through slides and/or videos which is a bit frustrating, but not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle efficiently handles all of my training and enablement needs. I am assigned courses or enroll myself as needed, and am able to track my progress to completion. I like the sense of accomplishment when completing a module and then taking what I've learned into the field and applying it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you try it out with different roles and get their feedback.
