Works great and is user friendly! A great asset to the company.
What do you like best about the product?
The pretty user interface and easy access to main functions. The training maps are also fun and easy to use. The program really makes everything consolidated and saves time and effort in producing results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can do, I want to learn how to use it all. Spending more time on tutorials would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching is a breeze with this program. I am able to clearly identify areas that need to be addressed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn how to use all of its functions early on so that you are able to fully utilize everything it has to offer.
Excellent, automated, on-demand training
What do you like best about the product?
It provides on-demand training so that I can learn so much as a new employee in IT. So many trainings have gone on before me that are now always available. Even trainings that happen at a time that I cannot attend are now made available to me. This saves the money a lot of money as well since they don't have to repeat themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough keyboard shortcuts. I want to have a mouseless experience all the time including during test taking and clicking the "Next" and other buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been in organizations that have a very high learning curve without MindTickle and my learning was so slow. This made my job performance suffer tremendously. MindTickle would have prevented such issues.
Great way to stay focused on in depth training at your company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to have organization on the trainings that I should be doing and that there is a way to have questions that we can answer throughout to test our skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a little bit of disorganization or the search feature I can't find specific trainings that I'm trying to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a deeper education on the products I'm selling. It also keeps me on task and makes sure that I'm getting done what I need to get done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it correctly. Make sure that its easy to digest for your teams that are trying to learn the technology you're selling. It's easy to get unorganized.

I appreciate the collaborative environment hosted by MindTickle within your organization.

I dislike some of the functionality within the MindTickle UI such as the navigation and abilities when viewing deck presentation.

Overall program comprehension is improved when presentations and assessments are scheduled on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I find very useful the possibility to access from mobile devices and been able to download contents to view them offline, also when not connected. I find useful as well to have a course shaped in training blocks and to be able through a simple view to view the remaining trainings
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's possible to upload a training without a subtitle or a translation in different language provided. I find very useful to enable the download or email the recap of the course with a synthesis and all the link to the attachments.

The mobile app and website both work in perfect sync

The timed sessions don't make sense. eg : if course completion timing is 40 seconds and if I close the window at 39seconds, the course isn't marked complete event though only part I skipped is the last thank you slide

I have been through a variety of sites for sales enablement and empowering resources but I found this one is really robust and user-friendly.

The training section, it needs to be improved.
