Good platform for elearning, content distribution and end user knowledge tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the courses flow and also the content delivery platform that is organized through different components. Is easy to navigate through courses. The score rating and ranking can help you to define objectives, and really have a tracking of your user's activity. Content is pretty good, and audioquality is really exceptional. I think is the best platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to have a button for request access to courses. Also is BW intensive so it is better to have Optimization. Some times is not so easy to find correct information. I think the information can have more organtization and creating dependency maps are not as good as you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training Delivery is easy, and a single point to manage all certification. End user tracking for training validation. Sales campaigns are easy to deploy and content are easy to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to consolidate your Training with certifications, achievments and tracking of user activity, Mindtickle is perfect for you. Mindtickle allows you to improve your employees knowledge into a single point. Also content delivery is high quality and brings you all the statistics and method to meet training requirements. It is important to have different audio options and also to have good subtitles in case that audio is not so clear. Integration with your internal development system like success factors is a plus. I don't know how much this could be, but is very important to have this option.
Excellent vehicle for training
What do you like best about the product?
As part of a training group, I can still self direct and self pace according to my knowledge base rather than a typical "classroom" setting that requires everyone to keep the same pace. Easy to access from anywhere, easy to navigate to an area I wish to work in at any particular time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is the lack of live discussions while training, but that is remedied by having weekly meetings with management and trainers to address unresolved questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm still in the training phase of my new position, so everything that I've done in Mindtickle has been related to my own training.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is very easy to use because it's very intuitive. The menu's and general navigation are very easy to learn. I also like that you can track your progress and leave and come back to a module if you cannot finish it within one session.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with MindTickle. When I first logged in I spent some time exploring the tool and setting up my user profile so that I could access the training the was assigned to myself. After spending some time exploring the system, I found that it wasn't hard to use at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using MindTickle for training of our global inside sales teams. MindTickle allows us to upload multiple training modules that we can assign to our global inside sales team and track their progress on their learning. It's also helpful that their direct manager can see their progress.
Great tool for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Availablity of both of application for both web base computer and mobile device (iOS & Android). Great to allow people to choose their best fit to get access to trainings. Manager review of training quite efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting - team report should not include trainings that are not relevant (other langage, topics not relevant to people however in assigned serie)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient Virtual Class. Key message and knowleged delivered to people with a very high level of flexibility. People can attend when they want, can stop and restart later. This is optimal for people with a busy agenda.
Have used Mind Tickle a few times and it has been an easy to use experience.

Not really anything I dislike about using Mind Tickle at the moment.

If you are looking for a system to manage training content and progress towards education, MindTickle is for you.

The questions are not easy to pass, which means the questionaires are developed from thoughghtul planning, designing on the training materials

If the tool is more integrated with AWS platforms in terms of design look & feel and experiences, that would be more better.

The videos tend not to buffer properly which sometimes could be irritating
