What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to see the modules which are needed to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything I dislike about using Mind Tickle at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing teams with an easy-to-use resource for accessing training content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a system to manage training content and progress towards education, MindTickle is for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The questions are not easy to pass, which means the questionaires are developed from thoughghtul planning, designing on the training materials
What do you dislike about the product?
If the tool is more integrated with AWS platforms in terms of design look & feel and experiences, that would be more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using mindtickle, I was eable to ensure team members; knowledge check progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and we can use it in many devices.
Also, for managers we can see who viewed it.
It has text with the videos, also help me understanding the contents.
The contents in MindTickle can be seen in many devices. I can check it whenever I have time, even in train or other place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just about the UI, I hope the UI can be better.
It should be more modernized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get the necessary information for SE/Sales enablement.
Also we can check who watched it in our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the way the modules are structured, it is very easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos tend not to buffer properly which sometimes could be irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think its a great place to learn/ assign and track progress on multiple tracks for the entire team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is a great platform for all the training needs; right from assigning to monitoring, all in one place

Good forum for sales training

What do you like best about the product?
Sales teams no longer have to work their way around live training. Presenters can pre-record and re-record if a slide isn't smoothly presented. Sales managers can assign training to their teams and check completion of required training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit long after a slide recording is finished before the next one can be recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre-recorded sales training makes it easier for sales, managers, and presenters.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible system, easy to use and able to play videos at multiple speeds
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit cumbersome at times to search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle allow me to have a catalog of my learning and my team's learning; and I can very easily monitor their progress. Customer service has been very strong as well.

A powerful and easy to use tool for quick and accesible training of your salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Admin site is intuitive and easy to use, with a nice look and feel. Support team provides quick and useful assistance. It accepts many fileformats and has many differnet module types that can help you customize your learning site to a great extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document download is not available in mobile app and it is a handicap whensalesforce only uses iPad and do not have access to a laptop. They would like to download documents and save them in their mobile devices. The order in which series appear in mobile app (the order in which they are displayed) is not customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some settings are not enabled by default and support team needs to be contacted to activate them (eg. factopedia, module sections...)
Benefits: easy to asign specific content to specific learners. Easy to remove from groups and thus quickly change what content users have assigned. Very useful for quick onboardings. Course e-mail reminders are useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always speak with their support team because they have a high level of expertise and can give you useful advice. Requesting a demo can help you figure out how MT works and can help you with enablement, coaching, onboardings and training.
