Great resource for education
What do you like best about the product?
Provided great training for various topics that help prepare me for a new position.

I appreciate this platform, it makes it easy to do trainings and assessments. Also the call ai feature is awesome, how it records the calls automatically and transcribes them. Makes it easy to use and stay organized!

sometimes the transcription of the recorded calls is not 100% accurate but its not too bad

solving the issue of having to record calls manually through zoom, so much easier with call ai
Very easy product to use and great UI

The courses are segmented in a manner that makes it easy to binge learn on a subject.

I don't like the course completion tracking. It would be helpful to also see an estimated time to complete course.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole experience in general but my favorite part is the points system to unlock the next part after each one, I tend to skip some parts when I am attending an online course however with mindtickle I have to go through the whole video or presentation to go to the next part which is good for me specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grading system where it deducts some points for the wrong answers and I do not like that as I kept failing some assessment multiple times and had to do it again and again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
learning about the new products of our company in a simple way and also the examples and explanations of each part on how to do it or how to say something in different scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
User Interface simplicity and easy to use. Training progress and you can easily identify where you left off and see what needs to be addressed or prioritized.

Could be a little more appealing visually

UI used for continuous training and enablement, training. Cisco also uses MindTickle for sales enablement throug missions via video submissions

What do you like best about the product?
Training Modules are well laid out and progress is tracked so you always know where you are. You can come back to training at any time and pickup where you left off. Training is done at your own time and pace and you can review past material whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility with how training is presented sometimes causes confusion on what is required to progress. A common "next step" at all time would be a great addition

Prioritizes the training in a big company and focuses on what is important right now. Quarterly training requirements that can be done at our own pace is extremely beneficial.

It has important topics that are covered in a simple and easy to digest way. It is also very interactive. The viriety of how to cover topics is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mindtickle layout doesn't always function properly on smart phones. It sometimes cuts off the screen and questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to assign coursed and topics for new employees to cover, its for education of new employees. It helps in product re-training as well.
