Powerful Identity Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud offers tools that facilitate a comprehensive user/identity management solution across organizations. Extensive support for SSO streamlines onboarding and offboarding processes and new features are constantly being added. I appreciate the ongoing, aggressive roadmap for development.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I can't say that there are any issues that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud ensures that onboarding and offboarding processes are consistent, timely and comprehensive. When critical staff depart an organization, JumpCloud ensures that when access is terminated, all platforms are addressed with one click.
Jumpcloud Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Template makes it super easy to access all of my company systems without having to remember a bunch of passage. It's so easy to use. It's nearly invisible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There's nothing wrong with this system.

Supplied helps us access all of our systems without having to memorize a bunch of passwords.
Easy to use All-in-One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
what i like best about jumpcloud is how easy to use it is and it's integration process. whether its the integration in the cloud or on premises. servers or endpoints. damn easy to deploy.
when i had no idea what jumplcoud was, even at that time, i was able to easily deploy jumcloud agent in multiple endpoints with single command. and this agent is as versatile as they come, lots of things can be taken care of with just single agent.

What do you dislike about the product?
while talking about the user addition part, i had much trouble finding, managing and creating the user groups, role based controls implementation etc. this was one thing that irked me in my usage of jumpcloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main problems jumpcloud helped me solve was my requirement for all-in-one east to deploy/use agent. this single agent can do lots of things, remote support. software deployment, device management, policy management, you name it and there it is.

What do you like best about the product?
I like I'm able to have my Active Directory on the cloud and that I have multiple configuration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs money in order to have more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that JumpCloud is solving is the ability to move also have my Active Directory on the cloud and have it sync up in both directions for authentication.
Works great and has amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up a Cloud Directory and how easy it is to set up an Apple MDM. I also like the Password Manager, and the Customer Support is incredible. It's also important to note that the tutorials and documentation teaching you how to use JumpCloud are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Password Manager has limited sorting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing both Windows and Mac devices, and it supports Linux as well should we need it later on. We also the Password Manager.
Exciting product
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud makes it effortless to handle user and software management, as all data is consolidated into a single location. Adding or removing user access is a simple and uncomplicated process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be convenient if the admin login could be accessed from the same location as the regular user login. Additionally, it seems unnecessary to have a distinct email for the admin user, which can be confusing and require additional time to switch between accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access a tool that enables granting access to various other tools is incredibly beneficial. Furthermore, the ability to block a lost or stolen laptop and prevent unauthorized access to vital company information is truly remarkable.
Jumpcloud made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
As it is a user administration tool in the cloud, it greatly speeds up our day-to-day activities in integrating new users hired into the JumpCloud system, with the entire configuration being able to be done there in about 5 or 10 minutes. You then attach a machine to the created user, and all the configuration can be done within the portal to suit the specific sector it will work in.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of a large number of users, I sometimes doubt whether or not the platform can do a specific action, and sometimes, I do not have a direct channel or particular support for my company directly from JumpCloud to take away this pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use JumpCloud as an SSO and access management tool, which serves us very well. It tends to make our lives and work dynamic, increasing our productivity by making end-user service complete faster.

All the tools you need under one roof!
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is a phenomenal service that enables us to secure and automate most of our day-to-day tasks. From automated device enrollment and provisioning to key storage and single sign-on, it saves us so much time and frustration (if we had to use multiple systems). They are constantly adding features as well, and it's been great watching the platform grow over time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a young product that is constantly evolving, sometimes those growing pains do get shared with you. This is not the norm, though; overall, the platform is stable and reliable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's about 80% of our entire IT stack all in one application. Before Jumpcloud we were managing all our devices individually and it was ridiculously time consuming. We first approached Jumpcloud mainly for it's MDM functionality (since it supports MacOS and Windows and we have a mixed device environment) but we quickly started using all the other features it has to offer to increase our user experience, automation, and security.
