What do you like best about the product?
The agent especially if you want to transfer your old MDM to the new one (JC) makes it really easy to do using scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding a user is a little slow, even when using the search bar. There seem to be some latency issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the challenge of managing the user and their bound device, and it’s easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple clean design, broad intergrations for SSO and SAML apps including custom SCIM and some really good features that are not well refined by other MDM and IDP providers
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform stability and inconsistencies when deploying apps through app catalogue. Some well known features that are available with other competitor have not been made available in JumpCloud for a very long time e.g. Self Service App Catalogue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross platform support and ability to run custom scripts right away. AI features assist with asking questions and finding the information right away than clicking on multiple pages. AI assisted command/script features is great to have.

Sometimes sending the code to another device gets tedious.

The best benefit is that I only have to log in once, and it solves the headache of juggling multiple passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud’s SSO, user management, and app controls are extremely efficient. I can create, assign, and manage users from a single place, and the option to approve or block specific SaaS apps has noticeably strengthened our company’s security.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main pain point has been the lack of integrations with a few tools our company relies on. JumpCloud handles the major platforms well, but some of the more niche applications we use every day still aren’t supported, so we have to manage those separately. If the integration library were expanded, JumpCloud would feel like a truly all-in-one solution for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before JumpCloud, managing users, devices, and applications across our company felt fragmented and time-consuming. We had trouble keeping track of who had access to what, and that lack of visibility created real security risks. JumpCloud brought everything under one roof—SSO, device management, SaaS app control, and user provisioning—which has saved us a lot of time and made our environment noticeably more secure. The ability to approve or block apps directly has also helped us eliminate vulnerabilities we didn’t even realize were there. Overall, it’s shifted our IT management from reactive firefighting to a more proactive approach.

SaaS management is excellent. We now have better inventory tracking, as well as clearer accounting for our software.
