A Game Changer for IT
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of onboarding users on jump cloud vs using a domain controller on-premise or cloud base. No more having to access a virtual machine to add a user and modify the user account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little pricey per user; usually, enterprise-level companies prefer other cloud domain controllers because of unlimited users. Yes, initial the cost for a cloud domain controller is a lot, but you don't have to worry in the next few years that your company will grow, and so will your AD monthly fees.

The ease of creating or migrating a AD with our VM.

Fantastic System
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a solution to get rid of our on premises servers and a better solution for managing our user accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really give a good answer to this. We've been using the system for about 6 months and I have no complaints currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems that JumpCloud is solving for us are Cloud directory services, Password Policy Enforcement and Software Management. The software managment is probably the most beneficial as it eliminates a lot work for our administrators to deploy new machines without having to install so many softwares.
