Easy logging in with JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is secure and brings you to one spot to login to most all of our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! Jumpcloud and the SSO/2FA are great ways to protect our login information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have most of our work apps and tools setup with JumpCloud SSO and it makes it great for easily logging into our accounts from one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive dashboard and set up. Anything I got stuck on their customer support went above and beyond to help me resolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be even better if I didn't have to contact customer support at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BambooHR and Azure AD synchronization

What do you like best about the product?
I like how straight forward and easy it is to add devices, create policies, device groups, policy groups and then push to all devices. Dashboards are organized in a way that is clear and easy to understand. I also really like this JumpCloud is cloud based and I can access from everywhere. Also the fact that it supports Linux, Windows, and Mac was a must have. There is also a very well documented University that you can reference if you get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mac install was not nearly as straighforward as Windows, however I believe that is because of the way Apple controls their devices and is not a reflection on JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows me to enforce policies, install OS patches, add Single Sign-On all from the cloud. It also allows me to remotely support my users all from one pane of glass.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very Easy to mange remote-location Device no need to be created any Source of Truth server - Jump cloud can help you to manage to Infrastructure as well as Compliance Policy Deployemnt easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing there like dislike - But yes they just have to improve their Logs. Part some of the parts we can not able see the proper logs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 200 assets all users are working from Home on Different Different Geo Locations and my organization has bought some new technology and we want to deploy that technology without disturbing users and we achieve that things easily with the help of jump cloud with accurate results.

Ease of use, makes deployments and adding new users very easy. Always releasing new features. Especially for Apple devices, it gives lots of control and management ability

not really a dislike but more automation

ease of deployment of new machines and new users. Also the ability to manage the machines after deployment is pretty awesome
JumpCloud is the MDM provider you need!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud places everything in one spot and gives me the power to cut off or provide access to any individual or group with just a few clicks. There is an awesome feature that JumpCloud provides which is their "MDM" feature that ensures that the JC agent is installed on all devices in my device fleet. If the agent is uninstalled for any reason, the MDM feature reinstalls it automatically so you don't have to worry about a rogue device! Another is the ability to push various policies to devices and have real-time updates on the posture of those policies. Any time there are issues with any of the policies bound to a device, JumpCloud provides the insight needed to take care of the issue. JumpCloud has saved my company a lot of money since they provide the tools I was paying for separately, such as remote assistance and policy management. I highly recommend purchasing and utilizing JumpCloud as this will provide any IT support specialist or equivalent with all the tools they need to manage their users and devices in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the power of this JumpCloud environment, without the proper training, it can be dangerous to make changes without having a thorough understanding of what each setting or configuration will do to the workspace. I had an instance where I synced my company's Google Workspace account to our JumpCloud environment, which locked every employee out of Google and changed their passwords to match their JumpCloud user account information. Again, learn from my mistake and do your research before making changes to your JumpCloud environment! Their support team has been great with providing the assistance I need for figuring these things out and understanding the results of changes before they happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hosted a different MDM provider before swapping to JumpCloud. This other provider was full of bugs and often would extend the onboarding process from a single day to sometimes five days while I waited on their support team to get back to me. Since using JumpCloud, the onboarding process now takes less than a day since all software and settings can be provisioned directly within JumpCloud.
Directory System without the Hardware Headaches
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the directory-as-a-service model allows for the central management of credentials, devices, software, policies, and distribution without the maintenance of having on prem servers. This has been our answer to connecting all of our devices and credentials, so that there is uniformity between the different platforms used.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there has not been much to dislike. I think that they are growing so if there is anything that could be better, it is the development of new features within the system. As mentioned, these are being added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is benefiting our organization in central management and uniformity in credentials. When you are using multiple platforms, having that uniformity helps with the simplicity of logging in and saving time trying to remember or searching for credentials. Additionally, when SSO is implemented, it allows our users to just click and move on.

The security part I love it. Also the AD features are also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike, but i don't like the UI of the Jumpclod and the colors of the UI.

Jumpcloud is very useful for AD and MDM solutions for us.
Very easy solution to AD cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very simple and powerful. We started to use JumpCloud to solve our SSO Login with google and AD. The solution is fantastic and help us to centralize our information and very easy to support our internal client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync when the user changes his password in google account. The user makes some confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud help us to solve our AD Login with Google Business, very easy to integrate and the cloud solution is amazing.
