Versatile cloud identity solution
What do you like best about the product?
Jump cloud features a varying array of tools to accomplish a huge number of administrative tasks for managing your infrastructure. It can serve as a direct AD replacement, it features identity management, Device Management, remote control and a host of other fantastic features. The list of what it can do always seems to be growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure for a large group wasn't as inexpensive as I had hoped. It's still a good price for the value it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked at jump cloud as it identity management solution. The other features were just a bonus. The fact that you can completely import your existing act, directory domain makes It's super easy to get started.
Comprehensive and doesn’t take a team to manage!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is not only a comprehensive IAM/MDM/Directory mgmt platform, but the integration between the components and intuitive UI makes management of the platform easy and takes less hours vs multiple other tools to achieve the same or less result. Oh, and support is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud isn't necessarily the best option for each of the components but overall it's a very strong option!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings multiple tools into a single UI saving money and time. I also love pulling directory services into this platform bs 100% Azire AD. We use less people for mgmt of these tools now.
Jump Cloud is a complete solution that saves a lot of overhead cost and time !
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's a cloud solution and we do not need to do any overhead maintaining servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be organized in a more ergonomic way with a better coloured theme

Jumpcloud helped us reduce our manhours previously allocated to manage equipments across different operating systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about JumpCloud is it allows managing everything, like users, devices, applications and network

SSO pre-configuration is not available for all the service providers

It provides one centralised platform for easy management instead of having different platforms for idp, mdm etc.
JumpCloud is one of the best tools for IT professionals, I feel safe using it.
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness, ease, and extensive set of tools. As for intuitiveness, it is undoubtedly what I admire most about JumpCloud, the advantage is the ease of insertion of the tool within an organization, as it is easy to move around and teach how to use it.
In relation to the ease of administering the machines, it promotes speed and agility for the initial and end user. And the number of tools makes it possible to concentrate daily use needs in the information technology support sector.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only the JumpCloud sales team, as they are not very understanding of their customers regarding values and their real needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning users through the cloud system, controlling password expiration with easy reset by the end user, adding administrator permissions to the cloud account, recording user activity on machines, creating groups by operating system, and sector in which our employee works.
Very simple to use and a very powerfull tool.

The beatiful GUI is awesome, its clean and confortable to use.

Its hard to say that about a very complete console.

Issues about inventory are much faster to resolv and when we vinculated jumpcloud to our AD, we have the world on the nav.

Ease of Use is Great! It is a great system!

Nothing. There are some limitations, but once you learn its limits, Usually there are other avenues to achieve similar results.

Needed a cloud-based Directory System, and that's what it provides remote authentication to local PCs
JumpCloud has a lot of features that make it very easy to use and a great all rounder product.

JumpCloud has basically everything you need. Yes, some of the stuff needs work but the company is actively working on making the product better.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud SSO is lacking compared to Google SSO. Setting up SSO in JumpCloud is far more confusing than Google's. If JumpCloud worked on improving its SSO integration to make it competitive with Google's, then it would take JumpCloud to the next level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows my team to manage and roll out packages, maintain devices, users, and passwords, and help remotely assist users. All of this saves us money, time, and upkeep. If we needed to go to other vendors for this stuff, it would make everything more congested, and we would waste a lot of time, but since everything is centralized, it allows the team to be more efficient.
Easy to setup and get going its the perfect software for the SSO bridge you need.
What do you like best about the product?
you have control of all the user accounts and are able to manage everything ranging from email to shared network drives in 1 simple interface. perfect for a company with over 5 users.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have IT background as a systems administrator to be able to setup and manage or you will be the one thats in the cloud instead of using the cloud to keep your job organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud seems to easy integrate Active Directory users with email accounts and network storage so you could easily add and remove users and change permissions.
All-in-one, great to start and grow
What do you like best about the product?
I like both Identity, MFA, and device management is built in. I also love I can write conditional policies to restrict some services to company-managed devices. With other solutions, you need to invest a lot of effort to properly connect different tools together. Also, it is much more affordable than buying 5 different vendors, and they keep adding new features, most of them free. My only regret is not finding them before we started our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the users being sorted by the last name. At least, even if its default, it should be able to be changed. I never sort my employees by their last names. Password manager can also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity management, endpoint management, and push notifications for authentication. It even supports RADIUS and even our office network will be more secure thanks to them.
