Jumpcloud works great in our office setting.
What do you like best about the product?
Security and privacy of computers and systems
What do you dislike about the product?
I do sometimes have a lag on my cellphone, but I attribute that to my cellular service and not Jumpcloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud allows us as a company to protect our private laptops.

What do you like best about the product?
Helping my team regardless of my location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything to list here. There were a few kinks in the beginning but those were all worked out and things run smoothly now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the extra security measures with JumpCloud vs a regular two step verification system (like Google).

Nothing to dislike. The platform gets better and better.

Removing old domain controllers and providing a better solution for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Likewise, the consolidation of infrastructure plays an essential role in the implementation of down-time, which must be kept to a minimum. We increasingly realize that the computational complexity makes it impossible to implement the minimum hardware requirements. Even so, the implementation of the code has not yet convincingly demonstrated that it is stable enough from the port blocking imposed by corporate networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is never too much to remember the impact of these possible vulnerabilities, as Moore's law implies the best use of risk management data links. Above all, it is essential to emphasize that the availability of environments assumes important levels of uptime of the intended indices. On the other hand, the understanding of processing flows must go through changes in the scope of use of cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All these questions, properly considered, raise questions about whether hardware interoperability requires upgrading and updating potential parallels. Of course, the use of dedicated hardware resources is an IT asset of OpenSource tools. In this sense, the use of SSL in commercial transactions tends to approve the new topology of the impact of a total stop.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jumpcloud for its ease of use and ability to work on all our systems. It is so much better than managing active directory and helped free up time for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on logging and the ability to add custom sso apps was an issue, but it seems that has all been changed now. The ability to have a local self-hosted backup in case JumpCloud is offline would be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to use microsoft's active directory and a single pane of glass for user management.

It has all of the required features we need to be compliant.

This is yet to be determined. Will need longer usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to have remote control of devices, be able to maintain virus definitions, and wipe machines for SOC2 compliance.
Simple, effective and silent MDM solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy for Admins to keep a tight grip on company devices. Admin GUI is very responsive, policies are easily enforced and Commands easy to push. Multi OS support is great also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I am nothing but impressed with JumpCloud so far.

Remote working. We cannot assist users to face to face so having a solid and flexible MDM is paramount to our operations and growing our team. New hires get a seamless experience also.

It has a nice user interface and it's user-friendly.

I have no dislikes but if the feed can be made optional with a disable and enable button.

It's helping us remotely manage our work PC's from different zones.

its been our active directory and MDM for our workers and the agents work well

What do you like best about the product?
It has a role access, which allows hierarchical access and thus have greater control of information and programs. I also like that you only need to enter a password to access all programs, without having to enter it again. It has a password management, which has helped us a lot when we have forgotten a password.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a long process to install the program and get it up and running, its configuration could be easier. I would also like the user reports to be more complete and detailed, as it does not provide enough information. At times, the workflow automation, gets congested and slows down, which makes it a slow process to be able to place tasks to be saved and performed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software to safeguard all the information of the different programs we use in our organization. It allows fast and secure access with a single password, to all programs and software used, it also has api that allows to integrate the system, almost any program, quickly and easily.
