I just love JumpCloud and their services
What do you like best about the product?
It is 100% cloud based and services are so secured. I appreciate their API automation and tools in it, which is very useful for everyone who seek thier service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes regarding their service and if they improve thier services again, it will be better and awful. Till now they are not compromising their security of directories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need 100% assured security network authentication and cloud directory service for my business and they are providing it for me without any compromising services. So now l am completely satisfied.
A different view on virtual administration
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jump cloud is it's stability as well as the completeness. Another thing to be appreciated is that the directory services with a reliable back up. Among the competitors jump cloud stands apart due to the UI as well as the marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I noticed is that the lack of speed while accessing the cloud. Everything works pretty well but the speed as well as some tools takes a little bit of extra time for the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work delegations are done through jump cloud. Financially I haven't had any profits since I haven't monetised my product yet. But I'm so sure that jump cloud will clearly an economic way of virtual administration

Just try it once, recommended for all those guys who's still searching for such an automated and reliable cloud directory service

There is nothing I dislike.the more I use the more I am love it. It is really great secure and easy to use. Moreover it really good for small businesses.i suggested jumpcloud all my friends.

Documentation. As the app is easy to use it is simple but more efficient. With the help of jumpcloud i can do my works more easily. Actually I like jumpcloud completely and it is the best of my known

Nothing to dislike all things are good in As of now . But we can improve the site with the new updation and ui etc like but now its okey fine . I liked it well.

Now all things is okey but we can add on some special features like Cloud os and cloud business and so more on it and organising it well thats a cool things I suggest

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use and user friendly. Very satisfied with the results. Words are not sufficient with the quality of it. There is no doubt about having competition in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Update and maintain are Missing. There is extra marketing needed. Everything works properly. User interfaces can be improved more. The interfaces can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To build a world class directory. Secure connections with full control, security and visibility. Yes the productive rate is high. My business has increased twice thanks to Jumpcloud.

I like Jump Cloud because it's easy to use. Its UI is simple. Jump cloud offers more and more additional features. It's not much expensive. It's fast and reliable

I dislike the fact that the password is to be changed when the user account is to be imported. My CSV is from a different database, so I have to use Powershell to import users and to set passwords

Since JumpCloud supported cross-platform, it enabled our teammates to work remotely no matter whichever their device was especially in the time of covid 19 when everyone had no choice but to work from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation was a bit uneasy to follow since our teammates were all recruits. The initial setup was a bit difficult but it got much better and used to, after a little while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, our company used to get security attacks, but when we tried using JumpCloud, all our problems were fixed. Our customers were happy which made us happy.
