What do you like best about the product?
Being easy to use, user friendly UI, easy navigation are some of the ebsy features of JumpCloud.

I believe the whole Setup is pretty great and intuitive. It is a well balanced software which performs extremely well as an automated server management tool.
I would prefer to ensure that the software lags are corrected so that it opens pretty fast.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the organisation where it provides flexible cloud directory platform.
The ease with which we can manage different users, user access, usage and security on windows, Mac, Linux etc. And the state of the art SSO.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jumpcloud has much room available to improve yet in mdm business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use user interface for seeing detailed information on my fleet and managing policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing I dislike is not being able to update a device from the manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I've solved is device visibility. One benefit I've realized is being able to assign a user a device on multiple devices. No more generic accounts.
Jumpcloud is an excellent service for managing teams in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
We have carried out policy tests on servers and computers and all have been satisfactory. We will soon integrate it into all the teams in the organization.

It doesn't have the same flexibility as an on premise active directory yet its capabilities are more than enough for us who are PCI compliant

Management of PCI policies in the equipment, which avoids a great demand for on-premise administration

I am using jumpcloud daily for access remote desktops using centralise management systems
Great Company - Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
We originally used JumpCloud for federated login via Google Workspace. We have been VERY happy with that integration. Over the past year, we JumpCloud has added MDM and insights and we now use it for all of our Windows and Mac devices for MDM. I very much like the "Insights" as well, as it gives great visibility into a system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some of the deeper-integrated Apple (macOS) features that I would like to see added to the product. Making this change would definitely put JumpCloud at the top of the pack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better integration, deeper system insight, better global control, better end-user experience, among others. JumpCloud has really helped our IT department up its game for device management.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Easy to install and to deploy. A complete solution to manage users, computers and all devices. All functionality needed as a directory are present on JumpCloud and perhaps the best it's more than easy to manage Windows Mac and Linux on the same directory and in the same way.

nothing, this cloud directory is very complete

managing windows and also MAc and Linux devices and the same directory

just test it, you will love this solution
So far it has been seem less. It has its strengths... gets you far away from AD and DC
What do you like best about the product?
No more DC and AD to contend which has been wonderful as most of the Microsoft world has always been that way. Mac world is much easier also as we can control the machine settings easier like OS 10.6 server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some software doesn't like to play very well since they require software scripts with licenses for user accounts. But other than that it works great for small fleets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to buy servers to manage and also maintian. So that cost savings goes towards the jump cloud costs subscription which are fine with. One less iron to worry about.
