All in one solution for small business
What do you like best about the product?
integrate authentication with UNIFI wifi. MacBook login with GCD account through JumpCloud Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM policy seems like it is less than Jamf pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to use JumpCloud with the below features. JumpCloud has all in one solution we don't need to find other SaaS solution for radius authentication, MDM,Zero trust etc.

Great product that solved our remote first strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and fast to deploy. Using the free version during our trial phase we had the account set up and synced with g suite/azure and our DEP within a couple of hours
What do you dislike about the product?
After a robust 6 month trial and evaluation, the only downside we could find was a few profiles that could be added as a pre-done setup and maybe some more customisation options to the user portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post Pandemic we have offered all our users the choice to stay remote. this caused a problem with our on-prem ad and the complications running that over a wide area brings. JumpCloud solved this out of the box and gives un precedented control of the end-user asset
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a product to help manage your user's assets and access to systems either remote or on-prem don't look any further this is the product you need

Google cloud notes me all the time in some meetings. week by week on the. zoom but until now even you set up meetings with me I never shared with your meetings I am hoping that together with me we will meet some times in the further .it will help my company.

Jumpcloud has a lot of features for beginners who are learning MDM.

Sometimes the administrator console doesn't load which makes it a pain for admins to manage devices!

Yes. Sure go for it. It's cost effective and reliable with easy integration and management tools.
Great SSO & Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the best part of JumpCloud is their SSO. I use it the most, and it has shown great results! It allows my team to quickly log in to the platforms that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing missing with JumpCloud - it has everything concerning device management on their website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems that we are solving with JumpCloud are SSO and device management, Our IT team can efficiently manage our company's devices. This has increased our productivity and we have saved a lot of time by using JumpCloud.
Migrating off-prem just got a lot easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Jump cloud allowed us to replace aging Active Directory domain controllers without the need to stand up additional infrastructure. Jump cloud allowed us to replicate the same policies we already had in place all from a centralized single pane of glass. Active Directory is technical debt to us, and JumpCloud allowed us to move forward in ways we didn't even consider at first. The flexibility is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of different features built into the product (although you don't need to use them all). Wrapping my head around all the additional bells and whistles took some time but was well worth it. You need to dedicate some time to learning the ins and outs first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we're solving is "how do we replicate AD functionality without getting rid of AD?". Migration plans for our customers became simplified when the answer is a simple "Jumpcloud". I am able to take clients that had large active directory infrastructures and move them towards cloud services with less headache and less planning upfront.

If you need a turn-key approach to Cloud Directory services JumpCloud is IT.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of MFA options, SAML integrations and device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though feature to feature, the cost is better than AD, I'd like to see better pricing for smaller organizations.

JumpCloud has made managing off-network laptops possible. The SSO makes for a better user experience while allowing for better security.

Lack of billing page like other providers.

Time to deploy new machines to new employees has reduced a lot.

If you have a small to medium IT Team or don't want to use onprem solutions JumpCloud is the right choice for you!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the simplicity in which the platform operates. It enables me to identify and access the cloud while being a secure environment that I trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a little tricky and sometimes it goes down for no reason and I need to reinstall. I would like to see more help and tutorials on how to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and money that I can use elsewhere. We can update our user information quicker and easier than ever before. It is an easy transition for us using Jumpcloud.
