The default policies for Linux are not so many. We want computer auto lock in 2mins, access control over the usb ports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: endpoint device management, device security, easy to use, radius, sso, cloud platform integrations, increase the sysadmin productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to go for MS AD - first check how JumpCloud works than you might reconsider your decision!

It's a really easy to use tool that gives you all those functionalities in a cloud based infrastructure you don't have to fully administrate and maintain.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few outages over time. Not affecting critical aspects of the product such as LDAP, RADIUS or endpoints but sometimes the agent installation or admin login portal fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to manage WiFi Radius authentication and authorisation for our office networks and VPNs

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even it offers MDM and SSO capabilities those are a bit basic. If you don't have big requirments the tool will cover your needs, but you might need to have other tools for those capabilities if you have deeper needs

How easy it is to use and how slick the ui/ux is.

sometimes overruns and needs multiple logins through 2FA

Security and app centralization - it's helped simplify our stacks and keep things secure.

The interface and the company's perspective. Id also like to appreciate the accountability the Jump offers, it's leaps and bounds

The application is so alluring you'll find yourself multi-tasking and hop to another feature = delayed results

Take advantage of the trial. As a lawyer it's the most convenient I've had all week!

Jumpcloud is a very simple platform, so I can keep track of users and groups, even more so in a period of acquiring a certification such as ISO 27001
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Brazilian Portuguese version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have managed to standardize all the company's machines in the iso 27001 standard and I am aware of the irregularities to be able to correct it being more incisive.

I am currently evaluating Jumpcloud. One problem we have is the management of remote users and device access.
Jumpcloud can give us the ability to manage our users and access to our devices anywhere in the world.
Jumpcloud will allow us to enforce security policies and patching. Allowing us to stay compliant with contractual obligations.
Anyone who has ever created Radius authentication in a Microsoft environment would marvel and the ease of using Jumpcloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I would dislike. All of my current recommendations appear to be on the road map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a global presence creates issues with both user and device management.
Having an even mix of Apple and Windows computers adds even more complication to that management.
Jumpcloud's ability to manage cross-platform including our handful of Linux devices is an unquestionable benefit.

Easiest Cloud Management of ALL TIME
What do you like best about the product?
Easy User experience, nothing painful about it. If you can breathe, you can use JumpCloud!
What do you dislike about the product?
What's there to dislike about a simple Admin AND User interface?

Remote User App privileges. This in-itself is incredibly useful.

What do you like best about the product?
We consider it an essential tool and plataform for both authentication and management of devices and users in the cloud, easy to use and with an excellent implementation guide. It is robust and efficient at the same time.

We haven't found a flaw yet, maybe improve thWe have no comments on this, it can improve the organization issue but in general it is a very good tool and platform.e appearance and menu theme more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, I adequately resolve access to our servers and cloud services, through proper and verified control via SSH and MFA. Also for IT governance and centralized command management.
