What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straightforward pricing and finally an easy way to unify identity management.

The change to a new provider is always a challenge however employees now enjoy it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified identity management, in a hospital setting. It makes it much easier for our clinicians to access multiple systems.

Ease of use. Deploying new devices is very simple and straightforward.

Slight learning curve to the rollout but once you learn the ins and outs it is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have locations in multiple states but are committed to the g suite platform not microsoft, using jumpcloud it makes management and deployments to users around the county much easier. This has also translated to a savings of time and IT man hours that we would not have had we used another platform.
The ability to remotely lock a device when a user is terminated is also invaluable and has already helped us recover a device that may otherwise have been lost. Management of windows updates through a configuration setting has really made keeping all users up to date much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, AD Migration toolkit, and support are bar none. It's easy to use, just works, and provides functionality beyond AD that is perfect for the modern remote work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much is excellent software and a great tool for a company

Ability to push software, policy and provide businesses AD and password security whether they're on or off the company internal network.

What do you like best about the product?
We are more secure and organized after implementing Jumpcloud: consistent sign-in standards through SSO, system integration, management of remote users and devices, allowed non-technical staff to assist with the management

For some MacOS devices, users could not self-install and required tech support

During the pandemic, the cloud-based system allowed us to better support our remote workforce and reduce hands-on IT support.
Remote user management made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to remotely provision and manage my users. Plus the support team has been extremely responsive with the relatively few issues that we've encountered along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As this product is somewhat new, there are a few kinks that are still being worked out, but ultimately I'm satisfied to see the progress that's being made and the constant release of new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to JumpCloud we had to manage a remote computer running macOS Server in order to apply MDM profiles. Since the inception of JumpCloud that's a thing of the past! Now we're able to deploy and maintain security policies directly through JumpCloud, and Full Disk Encryption is so easy a monkey (me) could do it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are mostly concerned with the ability to manage users in an office or remote environment and trying to move away from on-prem server solutions, JumpCloud is the way to go! I truly believe that this is a simple yet elegant solution that solves a great deal of problems for many companies, especially in the new distributed workplaces we find ourselves these days.

I was training for Cloud at Splunk. We don't often use jumpCloud, but when I did, I was impressed. I could do my test and have the results straight away. Another thing that helped it, was having a 24 / 7 / 365 chat available internally, so then I could double-check stuff and ask for help on my internal and specific task.

Better all-in-one solution.
A stable IaaS with many useful features in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It's a single "pane of glass" for managing user access to accounts, devices and services. The integration of the product into existing devices and operating systems, and services is wide enough that we don't need extra services to cover them. The user experience for accessing their account is smooth and easy to explain to end-users when first enrolling into new or existing devices.
The MDM feature set alone is worth the investment. Setup and management are well documented within the same management panel, along with helpful dialogues that make it seem too easy. The continuing integration of Apple business has helped us achieve true zero-touch with our macOS and iOS device fleet.

What do you dislike about the product?
With the addition of so many features, the management console has become a bit 'bloated' with notifications and tips. This issue is especially problematic with features I don't use or plan to use. There's no way to disable features you aren't using, and the console displays "alerts" to bring those features to the front when they aren't configured without a way to dismiss them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity access to various devices and services, both internal and external via the JumpCloud SSO. This allows us to manage access to services easily by user groups and it makes the end-user experience simple as well as secure.
