3 OS one solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's best solution if your Infrastructure is based with all three os windows Linux and ios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever I dislike jumpcloud rectify in there roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use in daily day to day tasks. The things which took more then a week due to jumpcloud I can perform in just in time.

Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Number of Features, Ease of Integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now i was not able to find any issues or any draw Back for this software

It's resolving the biggest industry problem, which is different platforms for different solutions, and JumpCloud is taking them and combining it into a 1 solution or 1 product

Very easy to setup and use. From adding accounts to setting up permissions the whole process is simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout at times can be slightly confusing but it’s easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud lets us have remote access to systems that would not of been accessible before.
Very easy to use for all associates.

Ease of us for both IT and non IT Users.

MFA is sometimes hard to navigate for non IT Users.

MDM is a big part of our Cyber Security stance.

What do you like best about the product?
Rarely in this industry do things "just work". JumpCloud is a great example of a system that does. JumpCloud solved all our device management problems with an easy to use, easy to deploy and easy to manage platform. Their onboarding, technical and customer support are fantastic and are very quick to answer questions and resolve issues. I have used JumpCloud at two companies and would not hesitate in using them elsewhere.

There is nothing that we dislike about JumpCloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a variety of end user devices spanning multiple operating systems. JumpCloud was the only platform that could confidently manage these devices in a way that satisfies our security requirements.

What I find best about JumpCloud is its unified platform for identity, access, and device management.
It simplifies IT by bringing together so many crucial functions—from SSO and MFA to cross-OS device control—into one central cloud directory. This makes managing users and resources across different different os. so very useful and we daily use this.

not major issue we face so i have don't dislike software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is great because it solves a big problem for IT teams: juggling lots of different tools to manage users, computers, and access to different apps. Before JumpCloud, you might need one system for Windows computers, another for Macs, a separate one for cloud apps, and more for security like special logins (MFA). It was like having a messy toolbox with tools scattered everywhere!
JumpCloud brings all of that into one easy-to-use platform. This helps by:
Simplifying IT: Instead of jumping between many systems, everything is in one place. This makes IT work much faster and less complicated.
Making things more secure: It's easier to make sure everyone has strong passwords, uses extra security steps (like MFA), and only accesses what they need.
Saving time: IT teams spend less time on manual tasks like setting up new employees or fixing login issues. This means they can focus on more important stuff.

I wish I was also able to aquire the computers directly from jumpcloud with Jumpcloud preinstalled.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is its ability to centralize identity, access, and device management into a single cloud-based platform. It supports macOS, Windows, and Linux, making it ideal for mixed environments. The cloud Directory-as-a-Service eliminates the need for on-prem Active Directory, while offering secure identity management with MFA and conditional access.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud’s mobile device management is limited compared to dedicated MDM solutions like Jamf Pro. Its policy controls, especially for macOS, aren’t as extensive, and the admin interface can feel basic at times.

JumpCloud solves the challenge of managing user identities, devices, and secure access across hybrid and remote environments without relying on on-prem Active Directory. It simplifies identity management, enforces security policies, and provides cloud-based directory services.
