No non sense IAM solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI, features and multiple out of the box solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited policies as compared to an AD server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have replaced all our AD server with Jumpcloud and it’s preety convenient for us to manage the Users and policies across the multiple sites. We have also implemented MDM for Android and iOS devices and it is serving the purpose. Altogether great product to which accommodates multiple requirements. Additionally password policies and all other security polices which we use to apply from traditional AD server which is now taken care by Jumpcloud.

JumpCloud's best feature is its unified platform that manages user identities, devices, and access from a single cloud-based console, making IT administration simple and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud can be complex to set up initially, and some advanced features may lack the depth or customization found in more mature solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the problem of managing user identities, device security, and access control across diverse environments. It benefits us by centralizing IT operations, improving security, enabling remote work, and reducing the need for multiple tools.
Awesome MDM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to do the Auto Patching for any of the Device remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Panel works slow with functionality.

To make the changes on Bulk in the best solution for us.

It's Security and equivalent to Microsoft Azure AD

Exchange option is not available as like Microsoft

Mostly it supports the features what are available in Microsoft Azure, it has MDM, IAM,SSO,IDP,DLP,PAM

Too many features, may be trying to hard to pack them in.

Needed a test environment for authentication and device management for a POC.

What I dislike about jumpcloud is that it is harder for none tech users to understand.

Being an admin of various organizations and Jumpcloud streamlining the process to account management.
Safe to use, reliable security
What do you like best about the product?
I love how secure it is to manage my password, access from any devices with layered security like SSO and 2FA. Various option on how to access my profile, especially by using face recognition. Using it everyday is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
Short standby time, the apps keep kick-me-out from the session and need me to login for every 30 minutes that my devices idle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Let me and my colleagues to manage password easily, one primary login to access to every work software.

JumpCloud has helped us integrate our organization applications and implement SSO for those to smoothen access!
