What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud because it's easy to use. Once you understand the system, creating users and permissions is easy. With multiple clients and users, not all need the same permissions, and we can easily create those and deploy them very easily. Streamlined Onboarding with Minor Reporting Limitations

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud provides zero trust access control by enforcing identity-based authentication instead of network-based trust. The cloud-native directory removes the headache of maintaining on-premises Active Directory. The automation of account creation and app access helps to cut down on manual user onboarding delays. This gives me instant onboarding confidence and was very fast to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limited native reporting depth in JumpCloud to be lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud for zero trust access control and automating user onboarding, solving manual delays. Its cloud-native directory eliminates the need for maintaining on-prem active directories.

Streamlined IT Management with Cost Savings

  • January 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that JumpCloud makes managing user access and provisioning much easier, especially when dealing with over 500 users and 150 applications. The SSO integration is a significant time-saver, and the custom reporting feature simplifies report generation for us. Integrating multiple Active Directories into JumpCloud has made our work more efficient. I also like that we can manage everything on one platform, cutting costs by not needing additional remote apps or password management tools. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to user-friendly documentation and a supportive team. The user interface being user-friendly adds to the overall ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe on password manager, would JumpCloud have a cloud version? The installing is a bit challenging as we have endpoint baseline which prevents users from installing apps. Need to run another installing command. And sometimes the items are not synced. We need to edit and re-sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies user access de/provisioning for over 500 users across 150 applications with SSO integration. It integrates features like remote assist and password management, reducing costs on separate tools. Custom reporting and managing multiple Active Directories make operations more efficient.
