What do you like best about the product?
The team is super talented and responsive in helping us roll out the system across all of our org

I wish I was also able to aquire the computers directly from jumpcloud with Jumpcloud preinstalled.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is its ability to centralize identity, access, and device management into a single cloud-based platform. It supports macOS, Windows, and Linux, making it ideal for mixed environments. The cloud Directory-as-a-Service eliminates the need for on-prem Active Directory, while offering secure identity management with MFA and conditional access.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud’s mobile device management is limited compared to dedicated MDM solutions like Jamf Pro. Its policy controls, especially for macOS, aren’t as extensive, and the admin interface can feel basic at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves the challenge of managing user identities, devices, and secure access across hybrid and remote environments without relying on on-prem Active Directory. It simplifies identity management, enforces security policies, and provides cloud-based directory services.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an all-in-one MDM solution with a robust set of features. JumpCloud’s support team is outstanding—they’re highly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, which sets them apart from many other support teams

No need of an AD, or domains, when we have jumpcloud

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. All thing in one place. Easy to implement and integrate wwith other Applications

It is very Expensive. UI/Ux is not good. Not having much featuers for MDM.

Jumpcloud makes Identity access management easy and Simple. Assign application and Devices and policy to any buddy with few click.

What do you like best about the product?
It will support Windows and Android in the same way it currently supports Mac and iOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special, but it would be great if they offered a live chat option with experts.

I have been using JC only for 3-4 months now, and i can see that this tool is what i was missing in my daily tasks.All the features are there

We Really Like Jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud supports and integrates with many platforms. We really like the ability to manage devices from the platform. We have a strong trust in the device management security. It feels like we can safely and effectively manage a fully dispersed workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is lack of knowledge and support when attempting to integrate with certain services. Some of these services are extremely popular and required significant time investments to circumvent these limitations. I'm talking about Stripe and GitHub, so legitimately some of the most common SaaS solutions in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a single bottleneck point for all of our tech an access. Jumpcloud allows us to strictly control who has keys to the castle, and which doors within the castle they can unlock. This also means when an employee resigns/is terminated we have total confidence in our ability to lock them out of our systems.
A More Centralized Control
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Remote support capabilities and OS updates capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JC Agents does work as good with the Mac OS systems. It stops syncing and creates a lot of problems for users accessing with their devices and for administrators that provide support remotely for users.

User Authentication and Users Remote Support assistance in cloud based environment.

Compared to other MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune, JumpCloud’s policy catalog is more limited, especially for macOS-specific settings
