  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud excels as an Identity Provider (IDP) with robust MDM capabilities, making it incredibly helpful for tasks like installing and enforcing the EDR agent used by our cybersecurity team. The ease of adding SSO applications and the seamless Cloud LDAP functionality are also standout features, simplifying user management and access control. Additionally, their support is excellent, with issues always escalating efficiently to ensure quick resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While their password manager product meets the company's needs, it still lacks some functionalities that competitors offer, which would greatly improve daily operations. That said, it’s a product that’s constantly evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is solving several key problems for us, delivering significant benefits. It provides secure remote support, allowing us to phase out other, less secure tools we previously relied on. It has also streamlined our company's SSO, centralizing access controls within JumpCloud for better management and security. Additionally, JumpCloud enables us to enforce critical policies, such as device encryption, managing and securely storing the encryption keys, ensuring our computers remain protected.

Jumpcloud is future to centralized the device and user account management in single console.

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is provide built-in zero trust framework to manage user profiles/accounts, all OS devices, along with the multi authentication policies. JumpCloud console interface is easy to operate and easy to deploy the security policies as per the organization standards.
JumpCloud also provide sso for multiple applications, create conditional access policies accordingly.
JumpCloud can be integrated with O365 to import and maintained the users account. Customer support is available 24*7 for smooth implementation. We can schedule device insights reports on daily purpose.
Overall JumpCloud is best choice to bypass Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Password sync is not bidirectional between O365 & JumpCloud user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many organisation have different identity systems for different resources (on prem AD, cloud apps, servers), but Jump cloud provides a unified cloud + device management platform.
With multiple systems and devices, enforcing consistent policies (MFA, encryption, device compliance) becomes difficult. Jump cloud gives central enforcement of policies across users/devices/apps.

AMAZING!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Just the ease of use. It has all the tools I need to make sure all of our employees laptops are well setup and secured. Use it every day to maintain a secure environment. It was too easy to implement too! Me and my colleague worked on implementation and then integrating it with our employees laptops was a piece of cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't want to say I disliked it, I just think it would be best if when we run a command, we got a prompt or a pop up with a hyperlink to the results or something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security, mostly. It just help us keep the laptops safe from any unwanted software, we are forcing a password change as part of our policies and it just adds an extra security layer that our clients love.
