A perfect cloud directory platform to replace the Windows AD
What do you like best about the product?
I like the JumpCloud Dashboard. It was easy to use and had a great UI.
It was more easy to do user directory management by using the JumpCloud instead of Windows AD. Agent installation and policies are easy to configure and implement. As for the SSO integration, it had a lots of available configuration application template and you also can do the custom configuration. JumpCloud support was a top tier!

What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of the JumpCloud for me are the MDM management for the Android Devices. There are not much report that I can produce within the JumpCloud admin portal for the Android devices. The report produce for Windows and MacOS are much better compare to Android devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies user management for me. I just need to manage and configure user account using one single dashboard. The unified endpoint management really solve the users complexity problems. They now can just use one single password for their devices, email and also Teams. Beside that , they also can reset their on password. It simply reduce my workload and users complaint.

Bundle of features that you can sign and apply to the organization

Lack of Dashboards and functions are usually commited with missing basic solutions

User and device management

What do you like best about the product?
It offers good features that allow us to have everything at hand to manage access to identities, execute scripts, and manage user directory numbers. I also like the automation of user cycles and the management of mobile devices, and finally, the support team is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that Ive had some issues with reporting and device management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software called JumpCloud is ideal, it solves many problems, especially in individual access management, unified endpoints, and cloud directory services. It is excellent for obtaining single access to different resources and managing users and devices with great ease.
Jumpcloud best software to manage and control devices
What do you like best about the product?
IT's password policy and way of managing software and use to command section.

it's nothing to dislike best in use. love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT's remote support is best and easy to access and many feature in remote support 3 types of support available and we applied different different type of policy applies on system according to requirement .
Solid directory services and workstation management for mixed PC/Apple environments.
What do you like best about the product?
We purchased JumpCloud because we needed a single solution to work worldwide in an environment that was 80/20 PCs to Macs. It manages both better than competing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud keeps adding features and increasing the cost per user. It would be better if we could not pay for features we don't use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I used Azure AD, I'd still need a product like Jamf to managed my Macs. Even though it's gotten more expensive over the years, it's still cost competitive with other (multi-product) solutions.
Great Device Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has everything you need to start your journey for IT SOC2 Compliance. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the auto updates don't work well or get hung up.

MDM it is great to manage all the company devices.
Intuitive and Powerful MDM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud's simple user experience and user interface. It's easy to use and simple, which makes it great for our needs. It's also very powerful, helping us maintain all of our devices up to date by enforcing an update policy. It integrates well with third-party software, making it easier for us to manage people's access to specific software we need them to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, I think it does what it’s supposed to do in an unobtrusive way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JumpCloud for MDM to manage mobile devices and laptops assigned to remote team members, secure them, and view specifications. It serves as a launch portal with streamlined SSO login to different software, integrating easily for seamless access. It's easy to use, keeps devices updated, and enforces policies.
v useful for remote org setups
What do you like best about the product?
I am not a tech person - I work in People. And jumpcloud has def made my life easy. My org is all over geographies - so ensuring that tech policies are in place and our data is secured -- JC is top notch here!
What do you dislike about the product?
Your device must be connected to internet for JC to implement its policies. So, for newbies - they take their time to understand this. Its an inevitable issue I think given the age of internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Devices across geographies - aids in implementing org tech policies even though I am sitting miles away from the device.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has the best security features including Zero Trust, MFA, and compliance standards, and its integrations with third-party services (i.e.: cloud, security, and DevOps tools) into modern IT environments. We are using Identity & Access Management
What do you dislike about the product?
We Dislike Patch management in JumpCloud, We Need more improvement in the patch management module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solved our security requirement like Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication and integrations with different IT tools.
