Centralized Identity Management with Stellar API Access

  • February 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like JumpCloud's single pane of glass that allows us to manage users and devices easily. The API access is great and lets us automate a lot of tasks. It provides a centralized location for all of our user, password, and group management and makes keeping track of assigned devices easier. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the implementation team has been a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues with implementation. The AD import and sync agents didn't want to work correctly for us on server 2019, so we had to update them to server 2022 before we could get AD import to work. Implementing Android BYOD policies could be a little easier. You have prebuilt policy groups for Apple, Linux, and Windows, but none for Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud manages our identity solutions for on-prem and O365, centralizes user, password, and group management, and simplifies device tracking with MDM. It helps handle user management in multiple areas and automates tasks via API.

What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud for managing the infrastructure of computers within our company, and it's great for managing scripts and assets efficiently. I find it tidy, efficient, easy to use, and it's always updating, which is very helpful. The system's infrastructure is neat, tidy, and modern, and is easy on the eye. It's a great platform for both small startup companies and those that have been running for a few years. The staff are very positive and assertive, making the overall experience even better. JumpCloud's infrastructure embraces modern technology, like AI, which I find very positive and useful. Even though I didn't set it up initially, it was easy for me to adjust to the system seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud for managing our computer infrastructure, scripts, and assets. It's tidy, efficient, easy to use, always updating, and quick to deploy scripts, which makes everything run efficiently.

Streamlined Identity Management Despite Cost Challenges

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like JumpCloud's ability to fine-tune onboarding, which is great for our team. The support documentation is quite helpful; if something isn't obvious, a quick search points me to exactly what I need and how to do it. The ease of use stands out, making it simpler for on-boarding new users as they can just receive an activation link, enroll their devices, and manage their identity with no hassle. Also, the integration with Google Workspace is invaluable for our organization, simplifying management across all operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe cost is the biggest thing when you are dealing with integration into workspace, I wish it was more affordable since every user essentially is a double charge from Google and JumpCloud itself. I think JumpCloud needs more flexible subscription models to be able to survive for medium to large size businesses who want to save a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allows us to manage multiple platforms and identities in one place, simplifying integration with Google Workspace. The streamlined onboarding and excellent support documentation make it easy to use, ensuring that we can manage device enrollment and identity efficiently.
