Easy to use and very versatile
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is extremely easy to use and sync with Google Workspace. It is a great product for a small team to use to manage different devices (Windows, Mac, and Linux) under one platform. The MDM management is also really good. Another great thing about JumpCloud is the available resources. They have a great knowledgebase, and a dedicated training site with many tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my use case, I do not have anything that I really dislike about JumpCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems that JumpCloud is solving for me are MDM and IDP. Prior to the implementation of JumpCloud, it was extremely difficult to manage all devices in the organiztion due to remote and traveling employees.
Perfect growing platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that Jumpcloud ir orgnized and it is easy to use, we have manners to create shortcuts and also SSOs, this improve the way that we have security on software and we can rely on company safity links to use. The documentation about integration is very accurate and the customer support is always there to help. I am now on implementation phase of JumpCloud Password Manager and I am loving the whole process. I am trying to improve the frequency of use in my company I think the best way to keep security it is to use JumpCloud every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything bad to say about Jumpcloud but I will leave here some things that you guys can use to enhance the use from all people.
The first suggestion is to create a way to set a standard password to all new users that enters in the company.
The second suggestion is to create the possiblitie to add tabs on users profiles, for example:between "All Applications" tabs and "Favorites" it would be awesome if we could create new tabs there

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security and approved softwares from my company. I have always dreamed about to have an application that could get together all the softwares that we use and exclude users from enter on a fake website for example.
Management and Authentication of users on Windows and MacOS devices
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is integratable with MacOS and Windows devices. Can be used to authenticate your users before logging into their devices. Can be used as a Active Directory as well which connects to other major cloud services like AWS, Azure and GCP. Reaching out to Customer support is easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more intergratability with managing Linux devices. Sometimes users face authentication issues whilst logging into their account with JumpCloud, the process needs to be refined for efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Mac and Windows devices. Makes it easier to enroll these devices and manage them to ensure only authenticated users are logging in.
Reliable SSO and IDP management system jumpcloud
What do you like best about the product?
we are using jumpcloud as SSO and IDP for most of our application.s Its fast and reliable. Easy to integrate with any third party application. Easy to manage users and groups and their accesses. Endpoint system management is also very much easy. Overall, its good.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes third party device authentication does not work as expected. have to retry multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity and access management. by creating groups according to business units and adding respectives users to those groups. This way we can control access to the resouces using jumpcloud.
We can easily integrate our third party applications such as jenkins, to use SSO and sign into the applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has got the basics right. Integration, identity management, app management, device management, etc anything that I can think of is handled very smoothly in Jumpcloud. The console interface is the best part, you dont feel like working on the portal but rather browsing away through it. Keep up the great work guys!

I havent had any issues with JumpCloud. Everything like pricing, support, console interface, etc is all good.

We have a lot of assets - servers, laptops, websites. JumpCloud gives us secure access to all of them in an easy way.

Easy centralized management for Windows, macOS, and Linux.Integration with SSO, MFA, and security policies without relying on local controllers.

The scripting session could be improved and a remote console made available.

JumpCloud solves the problem of centrally managing multiple operating systems by eliminating the need for on-premises domain controllers. This simplifies user, access, and security policy management, providing greater control and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a totally cloud based organization the authentication and identity control I receive with JumpCloud ensures network security. The policies, as well as the SSO options make it easier for my users, and more secure overall!

Bundle pricing: I wish they had ala carte pricing for only the parts I need.

Some cases JumpCloud Password management application take more time to sync. Which is hard to relay and wait.

Best solution for Enterprise IT
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it for SSO is a serious time saver. Jumpcloud does all the heavy lifting, with little to no configuration required, so users can log into all of your SaaS products through one portal. It is truly the best SSO solution on the market. Plus, the dashboard is easy to navigate and user-friendly. You can't get any better!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the brief time I've used JumpCloud, I've had no issues. I don't use it daily, but I'm impressed so far. I would also like it if Jumpcloud included Workflows.

We currently are using Jumpcloud as our Device Management solution.
