Device management is a bit clunky to enroll, especially for Macs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple applications that require authentication and 2FA, using JumpCloud users only need to rememberne password and one 2FA setup to be able to access a pether of our resources. PReviously each invidiual app needed a password and 2FA code which is more hasle for the users and IT when password resets are required.

Technically very Usefull and easy to understand the Setting and Controlls. All Devices can be managed with mobile apps or browsers. easy customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to say, totally impressed with all the features with satisfied performance.

mobile application which is very handy.

I like this platform because it offers password management features and is easy to run scripts on windows servers. I also like the single user interface panel and its ease of use.

It is a good platform and so far no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I consider it a very beneficial platform for different needs, especially for managing our users and passwords and incorporating security models, and it gives us a lot of confidence.
Good cloud consultant provided the cloud solution equivalent to a human.

I can obtain cloud IT resources and cloud solutions easily online without needing a third-party cloud consultant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promote the SALES if I request any cloud solution based on the priority of the customer's request. Improve Web, Chat, and phone support, including Tracking support cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have obtained the solution from Jumpcloud for AWS cost optimization of my AWS service.

1. Automatically shut down and start the AWS services.
2. For performance, migrate to automatically upgrade the instance type and downgrade the AWS services.

JumpCloud help us to solve our problem in user management, authentication and security for now using with jumpcloud our work is much easier than before.
Active Directory who?? JumpCloud makes working remote easy for end users and IT
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud made it easy for us to migrate our users to, moving away from on prem Active Directory, all while working remotely. It was easy to implement and integrate across our organization, and when we have needed support it's been great with multiple ways to connect with someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly... nothing. They've fit our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us be able to remotely manage our end users' machines, have a cloud-based directory, enable zero touch configuration for equipment for new hires, have visibility and be able to lock down everything which helps with our SOC2 compliance... the list goes on.
