An IT revolution

What do you like best about the product?
What can I say about Jumpcloud? Not only has it saved our School a small fortune, allowing us to finally get rid of an On Prem Server, with Mickysoft Server software to boot, cut down on IT Staff and allow total control of MDM and Device/User Management from anywhere without VPN's and other assorted bloat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about it. It's features are being added to all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all the Security Issues that are a constant curse with Microsoft Software. It's like having a dedicated IT team, without the bodies

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of managing access, privileges, devices and applications on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security policies to be applied to Linux and MacOs systems are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today it is possible to integrate almost any application into JumpCloud by configuring SSO. This guarantees greater security for our identities, with management and control in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding users into the system with single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Reports need more advance, like adding users loging attempts, location, and so on. Users to devices doenst make much sense, as if user trying login on non-jumpcloud device, or mobile phone, I can i find out the device and the location, including if the user succeed or not.

2.New feature should be free, as you guys want to be charging for SaaS Management feature.

3. There should be a support call option on the ticket, as sometimes customer may have emegency issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many synchonization problems. It benefits due to it didnt affect bussiness

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to manage all flavors of endpoint under the single unified umbrella

disassociates of endpoints from the JC admin portal while the machines having internet connectivity

Quick setup and very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to setup and user friendly. It helped us to manage all the employee systems from one console. We are now able to manage software management/installation, applying policies, remote desktop access etc. things on end users system via JumpCloud. Also it is helping us a lot in enabling MFA on our employees systems using JumpCloud protect app, which allows to enter into the system only on allowing a Push Notification on user mobile device. This is one of the best use of JumpCloud MDM solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud need to improve software management feature as it sometimes takes time to install any software or application on end users system. Also most of the software's are available to install via Chocolatey only they should support Microsoft Store/App Store for more ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to manage software/appications on remote system, password policy enforcement and also enabling MFA to sing in into systems using push notifications on JumpCloud Protect App/MFA mobile device app.

What do you like best about the product?
Stepped us up a level in our device managment and security operation. This has allowed us to open up a new subset of potential customers and cuts down on our time to close as we go through security reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training materials could be a little better organized or intuituve. When I was rolling out and had questions, I found it easier to google the specific issue and find the support article that way instead of through the JumpCloud portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much stronger MDM than our previous provider, which allows us to meet more stringent security requirements and reviews as we go to market.

If you have an environment with Google, diffrent type of devices and other apps, It is a good option in order to manage everything in the same tool.

The solution is very complete, but maybe include more scim integrations

What do you like best about the product?
It was very helpful for me to maintain a ethical privacy security of information. Ease of implentation. Custtomer support was amazing. The Ease of use is outstanding. There is a great Number of features. For my frequency of use. I am very Ease of integration with Jump cloud.

honestly i have nothing bad to say about the platform.

SSO made simple

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes the task of setting up SSO and IDP easy. I also like that the dashboard is easy for end users to connect to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve if you are using a different IDP which in our case was google. There was a step by step guide but it took a little bit of time to determine how to create it.
