Nothing really it's perfect and needs no improvements

Easy to connect to devices when needed to update things that need to be updated in any matter
Jump cloud is very good for Secure the all application in Single platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I am using the JumpCloud user and admin console i like the module of the Dashboard where you can singly track all the users also we can track the total user expired passwords so I like the dashboard of the admin console Jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the support response for users is slow, the pricing may be high for smaller organizations and customization options are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud helps to solve user management and security challenges by making it easier to access all your applications efficiently.
JumpCloud: A great tool to manage devices
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is an excellent tool to manage multiple devices at at time. Such as andriod, mac os and windows operated devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using JumpCloud, haven't found any cons yet.

JumpCloud helped authenticating mobile devices with MFA feature.
Best Platform for Insight directory, SSO and MDM

JumpCloud is the Best Saas Base Platform which connects multiple solutions at 1 solution
What do you dislike about the product?
1 area that I come across is that when we buy JumpCloud from third-party vendor, License a particular number cut-off is not there, for example, if I have purchased 30 License, it will add more than 30 licenses, it won't stop from 30 license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THis is the platform where we can connect to all 3 platforms which is Windows , mac and Linux. SSO implementation is very easy process.
Single Sign On for Cloud Applications
What do you like best about the product?
Single Sign On features works for us best. By using the Jumpcloud i can easily use the Multiple Apps by not reminding the Password for each Application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the End Application page works slow.

Single Sign on features works for me and it solves me to not remind the Password of each applications.
Jumpcloud the Go to for MSP providers / Small Business setups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to handle all aspects of IT in 1 location. Handles MDM, SSO, Password Manager, Directory integrations, Users, and Devices.
Has a lot of functionality for MSP and even more for small business owners. Allows a simple and straight forward setup for an organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about jumpcloud is the remote assist program is a little funky to use and could be improved under certain conditions.
The 1 time code is VERY hard to use, I almost always enable the silent assist for the organization and call the user rather then going through the user prompt or the 1 time code sent to the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is solving the problems of not having a domain controller or a source of truth for SSO outside of Google workspace. It is benefiting me by allowing me to setup SSO, setup directory integrations with Google, and also have a domain like experience for users where their username and password works for SSO applications and their device.

Some features might be a bit tricky to set up, and it could use more integration options.

It helps manage everything from one place, saving time and improving security.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based Active Directory/AD plus MDM/Mobile Device Management - and a host of other new features? Can't beat the value JC has provided us. Admin Interface is rather clean and intuitive, helping one quickly drill down to specific Use Cases. Tied to our Duo Authenticator, solid solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many when comparing it to the limitations of traditional, on-premise AD. Good overall product.

All of the above listed purposes - in a single Cloud Service.
Effective SSO and Mobile Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love feature of Mobile Device Management of JumpCloud and Single Sign On Option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. But pricing could be very high for the beginners company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving users to collaborate at a single place at work and SSO helps people to login every accounts at a single click.
