What do you like best about the product?
i loved the feature of single password to all application and daskboard of jumpcloud login page where i can see all application in single sheet. easy to access

if my cellphone is turn off i cant login to jumpcloud which i didt like it.

easy to remember password for all application which i user in day to day life.

Jumpcloud solved managing identities and devices. It allows to manage windows apple Linux and Android. Best features tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install, Emlimation also very easy and quick. We get the customer support at every time. We use the JC login daily for login and reporting. Integration of JC with another aplication very supporting and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we get the DB access of the assets we will create the reports as per management requirement. Some modification in assets module very good for day reports and assets management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will able to share the assets and login user details as per management and opetation requirement also we able to resolve the users issue of application installation and user login password related issue. We able to manage as per users.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud just works. All our SASS applications connect easily and we have on central place to control our users and devices. It provides assurance that our data is secure and our users are protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one thing I would change is the limitations of the MDM functions. However, JumpCloud continues to add additional functionality on an almost daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before JumpCloud our service desk team was forced to provision and support many disparate systems each with their own limitations. With JumpCloud we have not only improved efficiency of user provisioning and management but we have also reduced cost and improved service delivery time.

When we facing multiple issue, when we found Jumpcloud IT's best for user management and device management, we can create users groups and device groups so we can manage easily jumpcloud. we applied multiple policy according to we need. and run a script on multiple devices through command section.

The best platform for your Idp + Device Management needs, hands down.
What do you like best about the product?
We chose JumpCloud because our environment contains both Windows and Mac devices, and the ability to manage different kinds of devices is crucial. I don't have to use multiple platforms to manage different types of operating systems. User Groups have been a lifesaver for SSO configuration! SSO was very easy to set up, and is virtually compatible with just about everything you could think of. It is easy to integrate JumpCloud into multiple platforms with APIs. We use it every day, and our employees love the User Portal and the ease of JumpCloud Go!
What do you dislike about the product?
A headache I've been dealing with is some patch policies not applying corretly, causing our SOC 2 monitoring system to claim we are out of compliance. I've brought this up to our CSM and have submitted feature requests to get this taken care of, so I've had to re-group some of my policies and apply them individually, whereas the goal is to apply them in mass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves our device management problems, ensuring all of our devices meet SOC 2 criteria. I don't have to go and sign in everyday to ensure we are compliant!
