JumpCloud is the best I have ever seen
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has everything that is needed in everything aspects both clouding and security etc

Security unlock and finance both JumpCloud is really the best

Centralized solution to control of Servers, Desktops and Mobiles devices
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with several SaaS using SSO feature. Allowing to use JumpCloud as one stop solution to manage IT infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideal for startups and small and medium-sized companies. For large infrastructures it can be an expensive solution to implement. Needs to improve remote support feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Startup company we started using free edition. Allowing us to implement security features based on the need for growth.

To secure device by password policy using jump cloud and manage user and device also.

I don't face any issues using it,so no dislike

When we facing issue with manage and control on devices we found jumpcloud it's manage and policy whatever according to need. And create users group and device group so easily applied policy.
Jump cloud is crazy attractive

All the apps in the same place and I do not have to remember different password for different app. Best feature is single log in.

As is now nothing I dislike about JumpCloud

IT's interface is very simple . user management and device management using to control and action on device and script run via command.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud's best part is the password policy for laptop password management. We can manage users and devices also.

There is no issue faced with Jumpcloud. Great experience.

we can manage Devices and run a script on multiple devices simultaneously via the command section. We applied different policies on devices as we required.

When issuing with manage device , when we used jumpcloud easy to manage and interface is very simple easy to use. It's commad section used to scirpt manage.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is easy to manage Jump Cloud dashborad, Create and manage user accounts in applications directly from JumpCloud with SAML.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we install JumpCloud on a Mac device, it takes some time to complete the installation. Other than that, everything is good with JumpCloud.

The jump cloud provide easy to provide remote access, and provide ssh.

What do you like best about the product?
I deeply liked the services they provide, full customer support and multilingual support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I disliked about jumpcloud is, I'm not fully satisfied with their UI/UX slow loading and few errors while browsing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had some issues with logging in and dealing with policies, but they`ve been helpful overall. What I like most is how it integrates with Gmail.
