Awesome domain controller!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud allowed me to move away from using Microsoft Server for my domain controller. I'm able to manage users across several of my clients machines. Adding and removing users is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have to create a local account in order to install jump cloud. Creating a local Microsoft account prior to installing jump cloud requires extra steps to remove my Microsoft account from the machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud allowed me to abandon our physical server without needing to hire a Microsoft azure expert to manage my client's machines.

What do you like best about the product?
It is most helpful for all applications that are single platform, easy to access, and supported very nicely. It is very useful for integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
login password mentions a minimum character of 14.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for application and password reset purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is very helpful for administrators in their day-to-day work.
I appreciate the password manager app, which allows me to store all my website passwords in one place. I also find the application-based login credentials and the easy login process very convenient. The Security dashboard helps me identify security risks, such as weak passwords. Additionally, SSO application interactions, automated IT administrator features for MDM, and cloud directory integration with Google Workspace are benefits for the administrator.

What do you dislike about the product?
search for the user in the users list it does not show exactly what I am searching for and sometimes the website displays a fetching error that continues at that time I need to clear the cache and cookies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are facing an issue where most users do not regularly change their passwords. Before JumpCloud, we used to send emails to remind users to change their passwords and explain the security risks if they didn't. Now JumpCloud automatically sends reminders for password changes, and using a password manager app is very helpful for analyzing security risks.

I'm very excited about our new partnership with JumpCloud and the mixOS environment offerings for managing iOS/Android/Mac devices

That we didn't have this partnership over the last couple of years!

I have not need to learn the credentails for any of the Application. Its automatically signs in after the use of Jumpcloud SSO. Its easy to use.

The App which does not supports SAML have the isseu in addition in Jumpcloud.

It does not require to learn the Password of each and every Application. Its all learned by the Jumpcloud for SSO.

What I like the most about jumpcloud is its UI, its pretty much straight forward and easy to navigate

The simplicity of connecting apps for SSO purpose and sharing permissions to it among users/groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to have more than one session opened (admin/regular user) you cannot, you must have another cognito tab opened and that's it.
Moreover, if you work with a few organizations, and you basically have more than 1 tenant to maintain in jumpcloud, it becomes a nightmare (everytime loginning it and out).

We have a LOT of internal products that are being used via the teams, and they should be carefully managed with permissions (SSO).
