All in one Single Sign On
What do you like best about the product?
I have not need to learn the credentails for any of the Application. Its automatically signs in after the use of Jumpcloud SSO. Its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The App which does not supports SAML have the isseu in addition in Jumpcloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does not require to learn the Password of each and every Application. Its all learned by the Jumpcloud for SSO.

What I like the most about jumpcloud is its UI, its pretty much straight forward and easy to navigate

it takes a little longer to load the users and user groups

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of connecting apps for SSO purpose and sharing permissions to it among users/groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to have more than one session opened (admin/regular user) you cannot, you must have another cognito tab opened and that's it.
Moreover, if you work with a few organizations, and you basically have more than 1 tenant to maintain in jumpcloud, it becomes a nightmare (everytime loginning it and out).

We have a LOT of internal products that are being used via the teams, and they should be carefully managed with permissions (SSO).

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud has been an indispensable addition to our IT infrastructure, providing a comprehensive and robust solution for identity and access management. As an Information Security Manager at a Cybersecurity SAAS company, I have experienced firsthand the myriad of benefits that JumpCloud brings to the table. We use Jumpcloud as an MDM tool and the device management features are top-notch. The ability to enforce security policies, monitor device health, and perform remote actions helps us maintain a secure and compliant IT environment effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While JumpCloud is an exceptional platform, there is always room for improvement. One area that could be enhanced is the reporting functionality. Although the current reports are useful, having more customizable and detailed reporting options would provide deeper insights into user and device activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of all end-point devices

What do you like best about the product?
SSO configuration is intuituive, we were able to ensure 100% organization wide adoption in limited time. Console configuration & remote code policies are applied well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is tardy - the livechat is a hit and miss. Mostly provides non technical solutions

The solution has helped us bring security policies across the entire organization at optimum adoption levels.
Great platform and user freindly for SSO, Hardening,MDM and lots of features.

User freindly and easy integration, features wise it is superp,implementation is out of box.

Till now i have not seen any Cons.And going forward it is enhancing their capabilities.
