What do you like best about the product?
For my organization, we were in need of a Single Sing (SSO) tool, for this, we have used Jumpcloud and we are loving this tool as
- > Easy to set up, very much relevant hints and warning messages
-> Easy to invite teammates and create their group
-> Economical price
-> best Support and quick application
and many more...
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, before using Jumpcloud we used various SSO but Jumpcloud is best and no reason to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign in managment. IAM and organization managment

Great solution!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of JumpCloud is its ease of use. The user interface is intuitive and well-designed, making it easy to navigate and find the features we need. Setting up new user accounts and managing their access to various resources is straightforward and doesn't require extensive technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some communication issues at first with the sales team. It was solved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major benefit of JumpCloud is its extensive integration capabilities. It seamlessly integrates with popular SSO providers and supports a variety of authentication protocols, allowing us to leverage our existing infrastructure and provide secure access to our applications. The integration with cloud services like G Suite and Office 365 has also been seamless, making it easy to manage user accounts and access permissions for these services.

Just great

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and manage. An excellent surprise for managing Windows, Mac and Linux in one shot, and we trashed AD for both internal and remote users. One place to work on user access, permissions and security. Also, the SSO with other applications is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few dislikes. For me, the reports and logs need to be improved; in particular, LDAP logs lack essential information, i.e., source IP. About reports, I think that one helpful report could be the list of installed applications instead of using the Powershell commands. But the product is young, and I'm waiting for the following features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all: the decommissioning of AD which for remote workers was a problem. Second: we dismissed our local datacenter and put everything on Cloud, so users have one centralized place for passwords and to login with SSO.

Great for SSO with local machines and multiple cloud services

What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud can handle local user management. Other providers are unable to accomplish this as of yet without another 3rd party vendor. They have good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
JumpCloud is the best I have seen for what we need here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of getting rid of Active Directory and JumpCloud is playing a major part in that.

Jumpcloud - A mostley good alterntive to intune

  • June 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up and use and how well it integrates into Azure ad and AD. The user dashboard is a nice addition as well. I also like that there is almost 100% uptime
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it doses not tie into Microsoft 365 as a whole and can be very hard to implement if you already have a existing environment in the cloud other than that there is nothing wrong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried to implement it however, we ended up going back to all Microsoft as intune had better fetchers than jump cloud but that's not the products fault at all more that it did not fit our usecase

Amazing Solution for Mac Management

  • June 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How versatile it is to manage our suites of Mac for both us and our customers.
The abilty to set custom policies, semmlessly sync up with our ABM and to enable Zero Touch Enrolment makes it very useful when onboarding new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe ability to install non-apple store software.
If there was someway we could upload PKG's or DMG's this would make installing propietry software (AV, logging, etc) much easier rather than hosting the software somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this has solved is finding a centralised solution to managing our Mac's that also integrates with our Active Directory and Office 365.
Creating policies, and groups for users so when we either hand them the Mac they are all ready to go, or with zero touch, we don't even have to turn the Mac on.

Decreases the time the engineers have to spend on each device.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking for a Mac Management solution or a remote working management solution for your company you don't need to look any further

Simplified Cloud management

What do you like best about the product?
I don’t have to worry about staying on top of all the details in o365. With JumpCloud, I’m able to manage my users, groups and access under one simple and intuitive portal. Even has a self deploy feature for new users. I really don’t know what I would do if I had to go back to legacy management with Azure/intune as this saves me so much time!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of any dislikes at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything! From security groups, device updates, remote support. You name it!

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud has helped me enroll all my devices in a single environment and have total control over them, always with a dedication to security.
What do you dislike about the product?
That doesn't let you configure commands at the moment, for example, the wallpaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enroll all my devices in my own network and environment within the organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are moving to the Cloud and getting away from all the equipment that requires upkeep here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We are very new to the platform though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our equipment up to date is my primary item.

What do you like best about the product?
integrates with all different OS, unlike other tools out there that are only focused on Windows or Mac
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can improve a bit specifically around patch management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralized management of assets, single pane of glass
