Amazing Solution for Mac Management

  • June 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How versatile it is to manage our suites of Mac for both us and our customers.
The abilty to set custom policies, semmlessly sync up with our ABM and to enable Zero Touch Enrolment makes it very useful when onboarding new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe ability to install non-apple store software.
If there was someway we could upload PKG's or DMG's this would make installing propietry software (AV, logging, etc) much easier rather than hosting the software somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this has solved is finding a centralised solution to managing our Mac's that also integrates with our Active Directory and Office 365.
Creating policies, and groups for users so when we either hand them the Mac they are all ready to go, or with zero touch, we don't even have to turn the Mac on.

Decreases the time the engineers have to spend on each device.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking for a Mac Management solution or a remote working management solution for your company you don't need to look any further

Simplified Cloud management

What do you like best about the product?
I don’t have to worry about staying on top of all the details in o365. With JumpCloud, I’m able to manage my users, groups and access under one simple and intuitive portal. Even has a self deploy feature for new users. I really don’t know what I would do if I had to go back to legacy management with Azure/intune as this saves me so much time!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of any dislikes at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything! From security groups, device updates, remote support. You name it!

Jumpcloud has helped me enroll all my devices in a single environment and have total control over them, always with a dedication to security.
What do you dislike about the product?
That doesn't let you configure commands at the moment, for example, the wallpaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enroll all my devices in my own network and environment within the organization
