What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about JumpCloud is that it simplifies device management across different platforms like Windows, macOS, and Linux. It saves time and makes it easier to control user access and security settings for all your devices in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of JumpCloud, but once it's up and running happily to that its a software in my toolbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, As an Administrator able to get the ball rolling again in a timely fashion for the end user.

The ability to manage computers and end users without on-premise servers and other complications.

What is there to dislike? So far I have not found anything but will post an update if I do.

Driving down cost and hassles of on-site hardware. Not having to use multiple tools to manage our fleet of computers and users.

1. it make take a while when installing the jumpcloud agent on the devices if you dont have good internet connection

Early JC customer and still wowed.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that they keep innovating new helpful stuff. Almost every quater we find some neew helpful feature that wasnt there before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I refered a new company to JC and the outsourcing of account manager and the billing took a long drag. I also noticed some services are now very pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I jumped on JC cos i needed a decent way to manage Mac computers and JC was perfect for the job. JC helps me keep my users and their Macs in sync.
Easy Way to keep work email safe

The ease of use. Once set up, I simply approve all logins on my phone.

Set up is confusing. It could be easier.

i like how intuative and easy to use the jumpcloud platform is i have used this for many of my work sites and i can honestly say its a breeze

i would like to suggest a feature in which suggestion can be added as well as feedback to help better transition the software to an even more easy platform

it somewhat automates the process and enables my team as well as myself easier ,more understandable formats that we use for creating user accounts as well as account management
Best Two factor Authentication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using JumpCloud as Multifactor Authentication (MFA) at my organization, I usually log in to applications I use as it is a more secure and reliable source, and it gives randomly generated code that lasts for only a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike in JumpCloud; I will use JumpCloud to access any application that belongs to my organization, making it more secure, which is the primary and foremost thing to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my Organization, they've purchased subscriptions to the JumpCloud in bulk so that it can have so many features, not only MFA, but I am using only it as a Single Sign On tool.
