Salutations to my conglomerate with creating incredibly sturdy flowcharts and org charts and my diverse powrhouse with customizable templates that meets my Quality Requirements and system designs needs which is a classic lifesaver for me.I love how it suits my remote collaboration with my teammates to build workflows that streamline all our daily activities.It's power as portable and cloud based solution accessing my projects from anywhere making it convenient for my remote work and collaboration.

Fast, Reliable Virtual Whiteboarding That Delivers Solid AI First Drafts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes virtual whiteboarding really easy. I’ve never run into issues with it crashing, slowing down, or feeling jittery or laggy—it consistently runs fast and smoothly for what I need. The new AI feature is also nice to have, although it still feels a bit buggy. It usually gets me to a solid first draft that I can then refine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn’t very intuitive to find things in the menu, whether I’m trying to change the shape or export the chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me document my own processes and share them cross-functionally, and it also makes it easy for others to share their processes with me.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is the integration between Lucidchart and Lucidspark. Moving from a freeform brainstorm in Lucidspark to a more structured process map in Lucidchart feels incredibly smooth and natural. I also really appreciate the extensive template library and the cloud architecture icons, which save us hours of manual work and make it much easier to get started quickly. In addition, thanks to the intuitive website design, finding and using commands is fast and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can feel a bit steep for smaller teams, and the free version’s limitations—especially around document and object counts—often come across as too restrictive when you’re trying to demonstrate the tool’s full potential to stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This suite tackles the challenge of documenting complex systems and IT architectures that are hard to convey with text alone. Using Lucidchart and its AI-powered capabilities, I can quickly create, refine, and keep clear, data-linked diagrams up to date, which helps stakeholders better visualize technical processes. As a result, it improves overall understanding, speeds up decision-making, and supports smoother deployment phases.

Robust Features, but Learning Curve Present
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's interface clean and easy to navigate, which makes getting started pretty quick even if you're new. I especially like how intuitive the design tools are for someone who is well-versed with similar software, and it doesn't feel cluttered. Collaboration features are a big plus. I love the fact that there is so much available; it almost feels like anything I would need, and more, exists. I also value the template of the organizational structure as a feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that even though everything I need is there, it takes me some time to find it. The absence of small tutorials or quick guides is a drawback because if there's something I don't know how to do, it becomes a hassle, especially since I don't use it frequently. My team also finds it hard to get started due to the steep learning curve and not having the time to go through it. There's also the occasional lag on larger projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to develop organizational structures and document procedures, benefiting from its clean interface and intuitive design tools. It's a reliable platform, but discovering features can be time-consuming without tutorials. Collaboration features are a big plus.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the diagrams in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite pretty clear and appealing, which comes with less of a learning curve. I really like the AI functionality to create diagrams, and it makes it easy to apply comments straightforwardly. It is easier to learn compared to the previous software, and the quality of the diagrams is better. The initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was very easy.

Sometimes, diagrams are not adaptable to other platforms.

The diagrams are clear, appealing, and have a minimal learning curve. The AI functionality makes it easy to create and update diagrams quickly.

Lucid- free-efficent-AI Text-to-Flowchart Magic
What do you like best about the product?
It has an AI feature that can quickly turn text into a flowchart, and it’s also easy to export a high-resolution image.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is a little cluttered and difficult to navigate and find new options that does affect performance and effecieny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a free tool that helps me make flow charts for ARDs/ PRDs and process document for leadership in my company. Making charts in google docs or Microsoft is hideous and inconsistent here lucid help ton, with its smooth performance
Great tool for team visual planning
What do you like best about the product?
"I really like how easy it is to jump into a canvas and start brainstorming with the team. The real-time collaboration is super smooth, and we rarely face any lag even with multiple people on the board. The library of templates is a huge time-saver for creating quick flowcharts and diagrams without starting from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board can get a bit cluttered when too many people are working on it at once, which makes it hard to find specific elements. Also, the pricing for the individual pro plan feels a bit steep compared to some of the free alternatives out there, especially if you only need the advanced features occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us cut down on long meetings. Instead of trying to explain a complex workflow over a call, I can just map it out in Lucid and share the link. It has made our project documentation much clearer and helped everyone on the team stay on the same page without the usual back-and-forth emails

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates brainstorming by allowing everyone to contribute simultaneously, and keeps work and ideas safe in the cloud even when technology fails. I also like how it helps extroverted and introverted team members contribute simultaneously on the same playing ground, hence encouraging a greater diversity of ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limited on the amount of content in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped us eliminate communication issues and barriers as we can engage and communicate remotely. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also saves time by allowing us to quickly design flowcharts.
