Efficient Flowchart Tool with Great Resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it is a lot quicker than other sites, such as Canva, to create the flowchart I need. It also has a lot more elements and resources, which is great. There are so many different types of symbols and ways to make my flowchart. When I was making a flowchart, it needed to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible, and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allowed me to do this, which is something not available on Canva, especially if you don't have Canva Pro. I found the initial setup fairly easy, just had to make an account and the rest fell into place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really come across anything that wasn't good, I'd say it was all above adequate. Maybe some auto-generated templates if anyone gets stuck. I knew what I was doing, but if I was trying to create something that I hadn't had experience with before, then one that was already made that I could alter, like, a template, would be really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes creating flowcharts quicker than other sites and offers more elements and resources, enhancing my ability to create aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing charts.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very functional, providing a lot of value for various kinds of visual models and offering great whiteboarding capabilities. I appreciate the good integration with JIRA and the mermaid visualizations. It helps me organize ideas and requirements, visualize and share the visualizations of both the existing situation and future concepts. I like how it took my whiteboarding and diagramming needs under one roof, moving from using separate tools like Mural and draw.io.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complicated at times, as it is very functional, it is not always extremely easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize ideas and requirements, visualize mermaid diagrams, and share flows conceptually. It integrates well with JIRA, taking over the functions I used to perform separately with Mural and draw.io.

I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has a very visual, user-friendly interface. I find it incredibly useful for making graphics that are easy for my interdisciplinary care team to digest. I find that sometimes it can be overwhelming with the amount of options that are readily available. There is quite a few options in terms of the types of charts that I can make, but since the goal is straightforward, it can be a bit much.

Boosts System Understanding with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the containers feature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it makes it easy to encapsulate a big system into multiple smaller parts while showing the flow within the systems. It enables me to think in terms of the whole system and at the same time divide it into 'digestible' blocks, making understanding complex systems really easy. The setup felt pretty seamless and frictionless for new users. I also find sharing and collaboration valuable for new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think personally, the limit on the number of shapes on the free tier feels pretty low. I would prefer either increasing the number of shapes, or not considering the wire connections between blocks as a figure. This would make it a good starting tool.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to design computer networks and find it easy to use. I appreciate that it enables me to design from anywhere I need. What I like most is its clean and easy interface, and I'm able to use AI prompts to create my designs with ease. The initial setup was very easy.

I don't like to zoom in zoom out. Maybe make it easier to use zoom in zoom out in web version.

Easy tool for diagrams and visual planning
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and great for working together in real time. The templates make it quick to start, and it’s useful for brainstorming and making diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some good features are behind the paywall, and big boards can get slow. It can also feel messy once a project gets crowded.

It helps me organise ideas visually when I’m working on school projects, like building a moodboard. Instead of having images and notes everywhere, I can put everything in one place, move things around easily, and see the whole process clearly. That makes brainstorming faster and helps me explain my ideas better.
Efficient, Collaborative, But Needs Version Control
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for data modeling and complex architectural diagrams. I really like how it makes it easy to design ER diagrams and infrastructure layouts. It offers a lot of templates that I can use directly, which saves my time. I appreciate the time-saving drag and drop feature and reusable templates, which significantly reduce the time I spend. The ease of sharing is great too; I can get a shareable link with just one click and share it with other stakeholders directly. I also enjoy the collaboration aspect because I can share the link with my team members with edit access, so we can all work and collaborate in real-time. Plus, the initial setup was too easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There must be some version control feature. It must have version control where I can see and audit the changes with diff views. It must be like a time travel to see how the diagrams have changed over the period of time.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily design ER diagrams and layouts. It saves time with drag-and-drop and reusable templates, making it easy to share and collaborate in real time with a shareable link.
Powerful Integrations and Templates for Effortless Visual Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the different integrations and all the templates available to design many different visual displays. I love the AI integration concept to help build visual designs with prompts and the collaboration design for organization is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI feature can be improved upon, I have tested it multiple times to output visual diagrams based on my specifications but sometimes the output does not align as much as I am looking for, it is still a great concept but I think it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for collaboration on visual displays for technical or demonstration purposes with many different visual tools and templates to choose from, as well as ease of use of the application when it comes to designing and moving around in a template.
Friendly UI and Simple Setup for Student Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its friendly interface, which makes it easier to work on university projects. The initial setup was very easy, and I like how I can integrate it with Microsoft Word.

Cant really put my finger on anything.
