Useful tool for team calls
What do you like best about the product?
It is good for creating real time diagrams during calls to visualize the flow of data within our systems
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for individuals new to this site, but it isn't as high as other comparative softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visualizing the flow of data and user journeys, as well as integrations and diagrams
Easy and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Work together on whiteboards, include comments and help build a image for those to understand the product
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point. Wish it was cheaper as I so far haven’t seen an issue. I’m only 2 months in using it but so far so good

Beautiful flowcharts but ramp up to proficiency feels difficult

Helping us see customer touchpoints across each function of our organization
In need of a Roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has endless templates which makes creating a document so much easier. It has many options, such as linkable items, icon packages, that facilitates the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love something similar to RoadMunk integrated.

It allows me to be creative with my documents and my ideas organisation
Great but felt over complicated

A lot of different tools to use, I can really go in depth and create something meticulously given the time

Diagramming user journey flows, architecture plans, conducting interviews. a place where we can store and share diagrams for all of checkr
Lucid Review: Enhancing Product Design Through Intelligent Diagrams and Prototypes
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid for various tasks in my work, including the creation of flowcharts, which are especially useful for analyzing how our databases interact with each other and for developing improvement proposals related to the backend.
In addition, we use templates to run certain agile ceremonies, such as retrospectives or planning sessions, by using the sticky note and brainstorming features. In some cases, we also use it for simple prototyping to visualize what our product might look like.
I like the ease of use and the fact that I can be quick re-using existing templates
These are the three features I like the most. Of the three, my favorite is the agile ceremony functionality, because I am a product manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a real complaint about Lucid itself, except for the fact that, as a product manager, I am sometimes required to use different tools. So, when Lucid was introduced, I experienced a short period of adaptability cost. However, this was quickly absorbed thanks to the materials and training provided by the Lucid team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
works really well when working with remote teams, it is easy to access, follow and modify
Good tool that I use daily
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Lucid. It is very straightforward to scratch something up and share with your team members to get opinions and discussion started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy and loads slowly when I just want to create a small diagram.
And for the big projects, I still lack some knowledge of all the features it provides. Not very easy to get to know all the existing features to speed up my work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucid mainly to design some system solutions and discuss it with my team members to iterate over it until I am satisfied with the final result
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the day-to-day whiteboarding tool for the distributed team
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides the basic whiteboarding capabilities for a distributed team to be able to collaborate together on process flows, quick whiteboarding and helping to draw things out while discussing across virtual meetings. The sharing capabilities to share with others in the organization and the single-sign on capabilities is great. This is a tool that is used at least on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality is basic as competitors provide more features and better visual appeal. This is improving since the time that I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite 2 years ago, but there is opportunity for improvement. The templates that are provided out-of-the-box are not visually appealing and it is hard to customize after you install them. Some of the features are klutzy and hard to use, such as not being able to tie shapes together so that they move as a unit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a visual way to gather information and have it shared and distributed across a distributed team.
Very easy flow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of options I can use in the sidebar. Lots of shapes to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around the chart can sometimes be cumbersome. Having to right click to pan is unintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly mock up a diagram for our systems. The ability for others to view and collaborate is a big plus.
Feature Rich Program with Medium Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is feature rich with lots of options. I love the match size and align features! They were a huge time saver once I discovered them. I also love the icon sets. I like the ability to link different Lucid pages. Lucid makes it easy to map out complex processes for engineering teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While being feature rich has its benefits, the usage and benefits of some are questionable or not clear. There's also a learning curve to learn about all the features and how to use them. This can make complex processes intimidating to high level stakeholders and end users.
In addition, features that you would expect are not supported such as more robust image editing. I would love the ability to import an icon that has a background and remove the background in suite. I also wish the shapes search was for single icons instead of libraries and wish we could select which icons we want from a package instead of importing the whole thing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps us chart out complex processes and identify pain points. It helps stakeholders who don't participate in the development of engineering solutions understand what's happening on a large scale. The diagrams created have allowed stakeholders to make critical business decisions.
