Streamlined Workflows and Enhanced Collaboration with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has streamlined our workflow by enabling real-time visual collaboration. It reduces back-and-forth discussions and accelerates decision-making. The shared visual compass helps us align faster, process documents clearly, and monitor executions. It's great for brainstorming integrations and presenting ideas or process flows to management in a simpler, pictorial diagram format. This has really helped us a lot. The tool also improves our workflow by simplifying complex ideas into visual diagrams where our team can collaborate, update things in real-time, and make adjustments instantly without miscommunications. The combination of diagramming and whiteboarding in one platform boosts efficiency. It has also been helpful in building real-time API flows and integrations faster. Overall, the real-time visual collaboration is what I like most about the suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some graphical representations of process flows that could show how things move from one shape to another. It would be really helpful to have something like slide shows that can be quickly shared. Also, if there was an option to enable teams or any charts or shared canvases with a single link, it would make things much easier to share, like adding it directly into Microsoft Teams. It shouldn't just be a URL. Additionally, having pre-built templates available would be great so my collaborators can quickly modify things in Lucid.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite streamlines our workflow with real-time visual collaboration, reducing discussions, and speeding decision-making. It simplifies complex ideas into visual diagrams, enhancing team collaboration. Combining diagramming and whiteboarding boosts efficiency and helps prevent miscommunication, leading to quicker alignments and faster integrations.

Easy Real-Time Collaboration for Fast Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless collaboration with real-time editing capabilities and quick creation of diagrams. With over 18 months of daily use, I enjoy working on large flowcharts in real-time during stand-up meetings, as shapes update instantly without versioning issues, saving up to 30% of meeting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some time for new users to adapt to its functionalities, particularly mastering the use of layers and linking diagrams, which took me two weeks of continuous training. For large diagrams (more than 100 shapes), there is some lagging in pan/zoom operations on computers with limited capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of misalignment of teams and communication complexity within organizations. Within my current role where I handle more than 20 processes per month, real-time editing replaces all the emails with diagrams, facilitating the alignment of projects' architecture.
