Flexible Diagramming and Collaboration That Makes Workshops Feel In-Person. I Highly Recommend LVCS.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is really a flexible tool for creating flowcharts. I like how it provides a whole lot of other chart tools. It is brilliant for diagramming and collaborating, and it makes it easy to run workshops online and draw technical design diagrams as well as timelines. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes you feel you are in the same room as everyone else is in the workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the text box be a little easier to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to, and helps with organizing and planning ideas. It can be linked to Slack and Confluence pages and hence very effective and sharable. Another problem that it addresses is process improvement and visualizing the process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it has many templates that y{u can create from and a very user-friendly interface that makes creating flowcharts easy and fun. So far, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very easy to use compared to other similar applications that I have used in the past. Also, in addressing future strategies, we use it to brainstorm ideas and identify potential problems as a team in a designated period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best collaboration and brainstorming tool. I actually like it as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows for genuine collaboration, and I like a wealth of a little design elements that help make boards and contributions clearer and more fun. It is extremely easy to read and provides clarity to people who know absolutely nothing about the business insight.

What do you like best about the product?
We have found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very helpful to visualize information previously stored on worksheets, especially where there are multiple rows with the same data. In fact, in a situation where you are trying to represent information in a custom, easy to understand chart, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite performs very well. We also use it to brainstorm ideas, processes and projects across cross-functional teams.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fantastic. I haven't yet encountered even a single issue.

I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it allows us to work collaboratively, share ideas and get feedback in real-time. It is very easy to draw shapes and drag around, easy to show links between shapes, and easy sharing options.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool for pulling ideas into a workflow, and the predesigned templates and ideas give you a starting place that is very easy to use and customize from. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been good for visibility and team collaboration, and since time spent going through org charts can take a lot, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps with that.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Employees Relations Manager, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it very easy to visualize the process flow that happens in my team. It's a solid tool that helps us reduce manual hours that we used to put into the onboarding of a new employee. We work across multiple cloud platforms and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has it all that we need from a simple flowchart to a complex cloud infrastructure design.

Provide an easy way to import or bulk upload items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is very easy to search for items, align them, and save diagrams. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for creating business workflows as well as marketing content. It is a very easy to use platform that both technical and non-technical person can even use to detail specific details about software and hardware designs.
Streamlined Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaboration because multiple people can work on the same activity simultaneously and interact using sticky notes. I appreciate the voting feature that allows participants to weigh one option against others in real-time, and I can create and manage voting as needed. The presentation capability is also valuable as it allows me to select an area to present and shift it to Google Slides when appropriate. The initial setup was easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more shapes like big arrow connectors. I want more sharpness on fonts and visuals so that when zoomed out, it is clearly visible. I find the capability to reduce the size of everything lacking because when I select an area and try to reduce size, it reduces everything but not the font size.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaboration, interactive sessions, visual presentations, and collaborative planning.

Intuitive Drag-and-Drop That’s Easy for First-Time Users
What do you like best about the product?
I think the drag and drop is quite useful. It is very intuitive for first time users to figure out how and what to use even if they are seeing it for the first time. As long as there are some experience that are related - such as Google Drawings or Figma it is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is the automatic create box item. It is also very difficult to format the arrows since sometimes they are super tricky to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lot of business mapping problems, which is very useful for thought alignment and the team can work together.
