What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and how it lets me create a range of diagram layouts, from simple to complex. The ability to export these diagrams into a PDF is really useful, as it makes the diagrams look professional and is a nice addition to my project proposal documentation. This ease of use speeds up the initial planning of my projects, which helps me get more projects approved. Plus, I can tailor the diagrams to suit the technical level of my clients, whether they are technologically advanced or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a larger array of shapes and icons. Right now, I primarily use basic shapes with varying colors and labels to distinguish network devices in my diagrams. If I had specific Ubiquiti network symbols, I could make the diagram layouts look a little better. Overall, it’s not a big deal and more of a 'nice to have'. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily create network diagrams for non-technical clients, improving project approval rates and later troubleshooting. Its ease of use and PDF export feature makes project documentation look professional and helps communicate ideas to clients at different technical levels.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that I can share my ideas visually. In my opinion, it has a greater impact than the lists I was used to. There's a logical flow and a clearer understanding of what needs to be done during my day, within my team, or even for a project (as I work in a construction company).
What do you dislike about the product?
I just started using the application and I don’t find any particular problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The logical sequence in carrying out my daily tasks; project tasks; sharing clear ideas with my team. Personally, I work best with visuals, so I greatly appreciate being able to organize things more effectively. Also the toolbar is very practical and easy to understand (not too overloaded and customizable).
Phenomenal, Intuitive AI That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
The AI is phenomenal - very intuitive and would help beginners get started without too much assistance needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that while the AI is still doing well at adjusting to a user's request, it's a bit slow and annoying at times for not working as smooth as other AIs like Claude or GPT or even Gemini. Minor tweaks would go a long way, as well as a backspace icon to redo some work or just move a simple step backwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping is the main one that we need it for. Any sort of diagramming or visualizations tied to BRDs

I really appreciate that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to navigate with a good user interface, making it accessible for my everyday use. I like that it offers a multitude of features depending on what I need it for, which adds a lot of versatility. I also enjoy the variety of templates available, which helps me in preparing more efficiently for my sessions. The whiteboards feature allows me to show clients visual diagrams and work more collaboratively, which is a big plus in my practice. The initial setup was very easy, with quick registration, making it a smooth start with the tool.

Pricing can feel slightly high for smaller teams, especially when advanced features are needed. Occasionally, larger diagrams can lag when many collaborators are editing simultaneously. Some advanced customization options also require a bit of a learning curve.

Lucid helps us eliminate miscommunication when explaining workflows, system architecture, and processes. Instead of long documents or unclear explanations, we use visual diagrams that align everyone quickly. It improves stakeholder presentations, speeds up decision-making, and reduces back-and-forth revisions. Overall, it increases clarity, team collaboration, and productivity.

I like how it suggests alternative ways to complete my diagrams, workflows, and other related items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there’s still room for improvement in how its AI is trained. For example, I asked it to replace “ ” with the symbol I wanted, but I still ended up having to type those replacements manually myself.

It helped me map out a process within our organization almost instantly.

Wow. It's amazing. It's my first time using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and it's very easy to use, especially for a first-time user. It's very simple and easy to view, and I like the minimalism, like the version of it. I don't have to figure out how to use it; I just go to the website and use it right away. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom in and out can be more flexible. It's quite difficult to zoom in and out as there are preset percentages like 33%, 50%, and 100%, which makes it hard to fine-tune the view.

It helped me solve my school assignment by allowing me to create process diagrams easily.

The real-time collaboration feature is a big plus, as multiple people can jump in, edit, and comment at the same time, making brainstorming sessions feel productive instead of chaotic. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is, allowing even non-technical teammates to quickly start building diagrams or contributing. The real-time collaboration makes a big difference during meetings, turning discussions into working sessions where the whole team can actively participate, add notes, adjust flows, and we leave meetings with something concrete instead of just ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes larger diagrams can start to feel a bit cluttered or slow, especially when a lot of people are editing at once. It would be nice if performance stayed smoother with very complex boards. If the developers optimize performance for bigger workspaces, it would make the experience smoother.
