Beginner-Friendly, Perfect for Visual Planning

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. Most similar applications make me feel overwhelmed by either over explaining everything or having too many pop-ups. Lucid is ideal for beginners, and it's also great if you have more experience because it works well for people who know what to do too. It's very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly make a few more features easily accessible, as in free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helped me create an organizational chart easily, making it easier to understand.

Effortless Real-Time Collaboration with Lucid

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for work to collaborate virtually, often on process flows which helps in identifying areas for improvement. I appreciate the ability to clearly document process flows in a virtual-first company, allowing others to collaborate in real time. I like how I can collaborate virtually really effectively. Additionally, setting up a Zoom meeting is seamless, supporting smooth communication. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides better collaboration compared to Visio, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could improve on version control. Right now, as we edit or update in real time, going back to previous versions isn't very easy. A better version control solution would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to clearly document process flows, allowing for real-time collaboration in our virtual-first company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to use for creating flowcharts, system diagrams, and process maps. The interface is very intuitive, making it easy for even non-technical team members to quickly start using it. We often use it during brainstorming sessions and sprint planning meetings, and the real-time collaboration works very smoothly. I appreciate the ability to organize complex workflows clearly, especially when working on back-end systems and integrations, as it helps align developers, product managers, and stakeholders visually on the same page. The templates offered are another strong point, saving a lot of time when creating architecture diagrams or process flows. Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has improved our team communication and made technical discussions much clearer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes larger boards can feel slightly heavy when too many elements are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize complex workflows and align team members. It makes technical discussions clearer and helps everyone stay on the same page. Its intuitive interface allows even nontechnical members to use it effortlessly.

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with a lot of white board mechanisms. Lucid spark (specifically) is a great solution.
* It's easy to use.
* Visually appealing results.
* Easy to partition section
* Easy to cowork.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lucid chart solution (not lucid spark) is annoying to use. While lucid spark is fun, lucid chart is heavy and cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create great diagrams that I can show to coworkers and work on them with the coworkers.
A good diagram get's it's own life and slowly gets adjacent notes and diagrams within the same white board.

Customizable Visualization is Great, but with Some Collaboration Challenges

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ability to pull information into one place and provide space for note-taking, which makes it easier to modify than our in-house software. It efficiently consolidates data for executive presentations and I appreciate the ability to customize and modify the org chart. It's helpful to see various programs, job levels, and retirement eligibility attached to an org chart, allowing me to view everything at a glance. Most features are intuitive for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to more easily share and collaborate with my business leaders, it doesn't appear this is possible without them having a license. I think it would be more intuitive if similar to Google there were 'workspaces' where HR teams could collaborate in one place. Most of the features are intuitive to me, this one I haven't gotten the hang of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to consolidate info for org charts, making it easy to modify and create executive presentations efficiently. It integrates note taking and visualizes job levels and programs at a glance.

Real-Time Collaboration and Seamless Integrations for Distributed Teams

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Real-time collaboration:The live cursors, comments, chat, and collaborative editing make distributed teamwork feel fluid
2. Strong integrations with tools like Google Workspace, jira etc make it easy to embed into existing workflows instead of replacing them
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it combines whiteboarding, diagramming, and cloud visuals, the interface has many features. New users sometimes find the learning curve steeper than with simpler tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams often juggle multiple apps—whiteboards, diagram editors, presentation tools, chat apps—without a single place to work visually.
Teams that aren’t co-located can struggle to brainstorm and design together in real time.
Lucid helps in this reqgards and overcoming above problems
