LVCS Shines for Visualizing Architecture, Data Flows, and Database Schemas
What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing system architecture, data flows and designing database schemas is what I crown 👑 most ‘bout LVCS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue of not accessing both Lucidchart and Lucidspark via my iOS was relieved when I upgraded from Individual to Team Plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plan sprints = I am able to plan and prioritize system engineering tasks for upcoming sprints with Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map systems diagrams, including databases, APIs connections and data manipulation. It does a great job capturing tables, and interrelations between tables as well as user flows and what the underlying system is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is one of the most intuitive programs a company can use across the board. I have used it for quite a long time and I haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is cloud based and collaborative, which makes it easy to share and edit documents across the company. I like the availability of huge library of shapes and colors for creating beautiful diagrams. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also works well for processes where there are a large number of deviations or exceptions to the process.

My Love for It with drag and drop interface,Collaborative features with real-time sharing of digrams and brainstorming with Teams,Versatile with flowcharts,Mind maps and Whiteboards to visualize on Ideas and solid choice that Turn my Ideas into action making it very productive for remote work.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Simple And Intuitive With Fantastic Customizable Templates.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very easy to use and very intuitive but allows for using their templates and examples within program that others may feel more comfortable with. It's a great system for the creation of process documents and clarifying organizational best practices. Documents are easy to download and look very professional without the need for a graphic design degree.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data could be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for great organizational charts. It has existing templates which are intuitive and flexible and can be easily configured. I really find it super useful for diagramming the projects assigned to me and making flowcharts.

With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite I am able to quickly draw up a data model that I have displayed in my mind, and I can also simultaneously work with colleagues to make adaptations inside the model. At this point, I can confidently state that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a must-have tool in my daily work. THANK YOU LUCID!

Sometimes, text editing is a bit difficult to navigate, you have to zoom in just to edit a specific word or line of text.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for collaboration and presentations. It helps solve the issues of being able to illustrate items graphically for easy and smooth digestion. I like its intuitiveness and flexibility which makes it super easy to create custom charts.

It is extremely intuitive, easy to use and works like a breeze. I like how it allows us to create in-depth process flows and make rapid adjustments which is what is needed within an agile environment. I love how it solves the problem of syncing and easily creating diagrams as well as inside organization processes that need to be explained to new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall anything that disappointed me while using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a great tool since we use it to define our process flows, based on which we define our automaton and basic logic of the business scenarios. Also, it is very helpful in establishing a flow of information in your mind across various points to ensure there are no gaps in memory.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to brainstorm and develop strong ideas for our company's goals and strategies. Remote collaboration was the main concern initially for us as multi-location teams meet frequently to discuss services and products that are hard to maintain all things at a single location and explain them remotely.

Newbies need some learning and training since drawing diagrams is a bit complex.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool to use when you want to quickly jot down some ideas or diagrams and share them. I like that all team members can contribute at the same time.

What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the multiple templates available which makes it easy to start any diagram. We use it across several departments to brainstorm before transferring the data into our systems to implement. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows several users to interact at once, and I like the ability to draw arrows and annotate.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for almost 5 years now and I have had a great experience. There's no dislike.

Brainstorming virtually has become a lot easier with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It has worked great for remote planning and for sharing sprint information with remote members of the team including leadership.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite extremely easy to use and set up new projects, saving a lot of time. I appreciate its visual clarity and the ease of use, as well as its ability to collaborate with other users seamlessly. I like that it synchronizes user activities in real time and appreciates the ready-to-use charts and add-ons that make the whole experience more interactive. It's also my main tool for studies and projects, highlighting its importance and utility for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that personalization of the UI would be great since the amount of options is sometimes overwhelming when considering a simple project. It would be nice to choose which displays to hide and choose color motifs for the display.

I really appreciate how intuitive and flexible the platform is. It makes it easy to translate complex data ideas and system designs into clear visuals that teammates across functions can understand. I like that it supports real-time collaboration so we can iterate together during meetings without losing context, and the variety of templates means I don’t have to start from scratch whenever I want to sketch a workflow, architecture, or process. Overall it feels like a space where both technical and non-technical folks can quickly align on a shared understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
One frustration is that larger boards can start to feel cluttered or slow, especially when multiple people are editing at the same time. It’s powerful, but that flexibility can also make things messy if there isn’t clear structure. I’ve also noticed that version control and keeping artifacts organized across projects isn’t always as seamless as I’d like. It’s a great brainstorming tool, but sometimes transitioning from a working session board to something more polished or long-term can take extra cleanup effort.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps solve the friction that comes from trying to align complex, cross-functional work when everyone thinks about problems differently. For me, it’s especially useful for turning abstract technical ideas data pipelines, model flows, experiment logic, system architecture into visuals that product, engineering, analytics, and business partners can all understand and react to in real time. That shared visual context reduces misunderstandings, cuts down on long email threads, and accelerates decision cycles. As a Senior DS, that means fewer meeting rehashes and more clarity around requirements, dependencies, and handoffs which ultimately helps us ship higher-impact work faster and with less wasted effort.
