good for complex collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate, follow others, create complex charts
What do you dislike about the product?
for quick drafts it's not worth it, draw io is better as we can easily save and share editable photo diagrams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large group collaborations for sprint retros, architecture schemas for large systems
Great for Team Collaboration and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid’s intuitive interface makes it easy to create complex diagrams and collaborate in real-time with team members. The wide range of templates speeds up the process, and the integration with other tools like Slack and Google Drive enhances productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading time can be a bit slow for larger files, and the pricing for premium features can be expensive for smaller teams or startups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps us streamline team collaboration, especially when working remotely. It makes it easy to create visual representations of workflows, which improves understanding and decision-making across departments. The real-time editing feature allows everyone to contribute and share ideas quickly, saving time and enhancing productivity
I needed a cupholder and got a Lamborghini
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to use, very drop and drag.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was much more software than we actually needed. We were simply looking to do room layouts for an event, and were trying to scooch tables and buffets around. We didn't need to add staircases or anything to an architectural drawing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a nice system to allow us to collaborate and visuallize in a space we'd only visited once.
Inital impressions of lucid visual suite.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, it's the collaborative features that are offered are a major plus point. Also, yhe seamless integration with other products is really helpful for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the limited amount of templates is a bottleneck at times.. although there are alot of them available but still at times it proves to be a blocker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm a designer, so for me, the quick wireframing feature helps me present my ideas to the clients super quick and is a time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly easy to use, I like that I can select a new item from an older one and that there is a fair bit of auto-layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as visually pretty as I would like. I'd say that figma is better looking but for actual diagramming, I enjoy lucid. If it were an Ux/UI item that I need to create, I wouldn't use lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out decision trees for how our customers/partners may think about on their journey to one of our products.
Very useful, but could be more user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of tools. Ability to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool for overview and maneuvering around the flowcharts and for focusing in to edit is very clunky. Easy to accidentally overwrite existing charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing standard processes across the company divisions.
A solid replacement for Jamboards
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid allows you to easily co-create with other meeting participants and switch between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the floating tool bar when inserting text could be relocated by the user to allow visuals of what is currently on the whiteboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for visual understand and sythesis in a virtual platform environment
A smooth experience in a crowded room
What do you like best about the product?
My experience is with Lucidspark. It's a great tool that's highly focused on being great for flowcharts, and then some other stuff. It's pretty simple to pick up for a first-timer, and offers lots of customization within the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the UX to be simpler on Miro, and there are free options out there such as draw.io , so it's a little challenging to recommend it at an enterprise level. Additionally, Lucidspark doesn't work well with mobile in my experience, compared to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a collaborative project timeline into a single space that allows team members to work on it together.
Lucid's version is very comfortable and easy to use. It looks modern compared to other competitor
