What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how intuitive it is and how well it supports collaboration when the work gets complex. The interface feels genuinely user-friendly, so I can quickly build flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual frameworks without needing extensive training.
I also really value the real-time collaboration features. They make it easy for teams to work together smoothly, share ideas right away, and stay aligned even when everyone is remote. Being able to combine visuals with structured thinking helps me break down complicated concepts and communicate them with more clarity.
Another standout for me is its versatility. Whether I’m doing process mapping, brainstorming, or putting together structured workflows, Lucid adapts well to different use cases. Overall, it boosts productivity and makes collaboration feel more engaging and efficient.

Some advanced features and templates are also locked behind premium plans, which can be limiting if you rely on the free version. On top of that, there’s a learning curve once you start exploring the more advanced functionality, since it isn’t always immediately intuitive.
Finally, stronger offline support and smoother performance in low-bandwidth environments would make the experience even better.

It is really intuitive to use and has so many fantastic features that makes collaboration and brainstorming a breeze. The variety of templates and the ability to work in real-time with a team makes it a great and perfect tool for any creative project. I like that we can edit everything, write things or leave comments.

I've been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 7 years and i haven't yet encountered any challenge.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been helpful in creating templates for landing pages as well as outlining our overall structure for how we want our marketing inbound workflows to work. The interface is user-friendly, and the wide range of templates makes it very easy to get started.

Overall, Lucid is a good diagramming tool, and it's my go-to platform which I enjoy working on and using to collaborate with coworkers. The digital whiteboard is very intuitive, which makes brainstorming and organizing ideas a breeze.

Lucid enables seamless collaboration and supports creative problem solving. It has been transformational in the way we work with many different people in different locations. It is really easy to use, relatively low cost and the free version works well.

I like the range of drawing and tooling toolbars offered by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The readymade templates are something I love because they are a big time saver. The tooling really helps me visualize brainstorming ideas, which is incredibly useful for product design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tooltip suggestions would be nice. Are you trying to g to do this? Here’s how you do it. I would also like AI prompts ability. That would be a game changer.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flow diagrams and user journeys, collaborating with engineering and design teams during retro meetings where we can all access a shared screen and contribute.

Just one thing that comes to my mind is, having a desktop lucid app would be a nice addition for people who still prefer a desktop app instead of a browser-based app.
