Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great as it helps me do every single process I can think of.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it helps to set up and structure new workflows. This is especially helpful when you are managing a team and you implement new roles and services within the organization. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very intuitive to use, and the basic shapes are limited and can easily be picked so it works fast. I also like themes and templates that allow me to build a document and then have automatic formatting take over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fantastic and I can't think of anything that disappointed me while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great as it helps me do every single process I can think of because it's so easy to just build as you go. Additionally, I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lets you easily align and connect tasks and keeps your connections while moving tasks around the page.
Excellent and great diagram tool at a very reasonable rate.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for our team as we collaborate often. It is extremely user-friendly and intuitive and I highly recommend it for remote brainstorming, planning sessions and collaboration. I like that we are able to add resources such as pictures and videos easily to a board. It also makes it super easy to create flowcharts and you are able to drag the needed shapes and lines to where you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts for switching from hand to pointer would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great to map processes, and it has enabled me to create complex network diagrams in a quarter the time it took me with similar products. The ease of sharing for collaborative work is also fantastic.
A Decent And Fantastic Brainstorming Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great whiteboard essentially where everyone can contribute and comment on suggestions, ideas or comments. It has been a fabulous and fantastic way to chart our ideas and log in tasks for future review by team members to implement. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very intuitive, flexible and super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at the moment. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has made collaboration easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to plot and define our company operating model using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and gathering ideas and information in a large workshop environment setting. Additionally, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also great for process mapping and for project visualization.
Fantastic Tool For Data Workflow/Org Chart Diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite frequently to develop processes and it allows us to relook at our current processes with much clarity. It allows us to easily go from high level concept diagrams that we can create on the fly during customer consultations. It also ensures that both our company and the client are on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is complete and there is nothing that I like least about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability to easily share and collaborate, and the quick access panel that tracks recently used objects. I find it to be a good and better way to visualize both high level and deeper level data flows/structures.

I've found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very useful for putting together system diagrams, flow diagrams and ER database diagrams and sharing them with the team. The fact that you can have multiple users contributing to a document is a very useful feature.

Nothing at the moment. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite meets my expectations and I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the large library of templates so that it is easy to format different visuals for an audience and hit the ground running when doing a variety of things. If you need to create UML diagrams or process flows, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is really an amazing and fantastic tool I have ever seen. We are using it to review dynamic processes, as well as workflows, and this has been particularly useful to allow multiple users to collaborate and have input on various processes, workflows and proposals. I also like how it provides a clean visual representation which helps in locating and focusing in on critical areas of opportunity.

For the past 6+ years, I have had a positive experience with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite so I lack nothing negative to say about it.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an exceptional tool to communicate complex ideas/processes. Being able to access all my documents via the cloud makes working on all platforms very easy and seamless.

The value of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite cannot be overstated. I dislike nothing about the platform.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite being cloud based makes it super easy to switch between devices, or easily transition from the office to home and continue working without fear of data loss. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also useful since I use it to share ideas over video conferences and to provide training.

I like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for making architecture diagrams on technical solutions to solve business problems. It's great for brainstorming and lets people communicate concurrently, which makes the experience valuable. I find the quick solutions helpful in communicating complex solutions simply using Lucid charts that blend well into documentations and presentations. I think process mapping has helped me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always something to improve upon. AI integrations can help finishing up pieces as recommendations on the side. It takes a while to grow on.

One of the benefits is how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us create a visual flowcharts so that new users to an organization can easily follow standard operation procedures. My first time using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, the flowcharts came out perfect and my manager commented on how great the work looked.
