Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is The Best Tool To Create/Share Charts And Diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for a couple of years to organize my team's thoughts by brainstorming ideas and turning them into steps in a flowchart. It is very easy to learn so there is no need to go over lengthy training videos. Additionally, I like that because it is cloud based, all data is saved in the cloud and you will be always up to date working in the latest revision of document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite works very well to create flowcharts to organize ideas and workflow tasks. I dislike nothing about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers an easy way to draw diagrams from scratch and an intuitive way to create custom shapes via grouping. It is very easy to use and it makes the process fun. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has all sort of features needed for a wide variety of diagrams/charts.

I really enjoyed the versatility in visualization tooling. I never felt like I was lacking key features that I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more documentation or instructional material for different or more inexperienced users.

It makes creating appealing and impactful visuals relatively easy, and sharing is a lot easier. Great tool as input to communications
An Incredible And Excellent Tool For Process Design.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build and map out current and new processes, and also as a collaboration tool for team working sessions. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is user-friendly and very quick to learn independently. I love how it connects my colleagues in real-time, so we don't have to wait for one person to do the work but instead collaborate on a project at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clearer labels in toolbar since sometimes it takes additional time to hover over items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps to identify the different systems we have in place and how each system impacts different business functions and processes. Additionally, it is super easy to adapt and make changes to the process as feedback is provided by different parts of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Currently, we are using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map out processes, customer journeys and experience, and internal procedures we use. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is intuitive which means it can be easily used at all levels. It is really fantastic for quick process descriptions and brainstorming in a team. What I love the most about it is the template library, especially the variety of Mind Maps templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to print and not have boxes split on page break lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides collaborative opportunities among different departments to share information and designs. I like how it offers a simple way to diagram complex logic and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid in 2017 as a Project Coordinator at my previous organization long before Lucidspark was added to the suite. What I like most about LVCS is that I can now virtually collaborate and know where my fellow colleagues are working via live cursors which are powered by AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is only the only the Enterprise plan that gives the option to subscribe for both (Chart & Spark) together - Luckily I am using it, so no issues at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Donor engagement in my nonprofit organization has been seamless with the help of Lucid features that aid in volunteer management and donor journey mapping.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how its web based platform and how it enables real-time collaboration allowing my team members to co-edit diagrams,share feedback and add comments.Also its features makes it to a standout tool for team diagramming projects setting it apart from others in its class🤗.Its also very pocket friendly to its users..!!

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is simple and fast to use with minimal training time. We use it to create a finished drawing with labeling, color coding, and the wiring connections, and this provides a presentation quality document for review; and any changes determined in the conversations are easily made to the chart.

There is nothing that I don't like about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an effective tool to manage complex business use cases where it's easy for us to communicate the artifacts to customers and at the same time with our>internal team. I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it has been fantastic at diagramming out our entire workflow.

Could be a bit more interactive to draw connectors.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great at org charts, technical documentation and process flows. It is one of the diagramming tool I have ever used and I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
As an accountant,I rely on Lucid's extensive template library to streamline diagram creation.With hundreds of templates for taskboards,sales processes,flowcharts and more,I save time and focus on financial analysis.Lucid's visuals collaboration features also enable my team to co-create and review diagrams in real-time making it easier to communicate complex financial concepts and drive business decisions.Also we can co-author financial reports, share sales process maps and collaborate on audit workflows, all within it.

Its mobile app sometimes its hectic to use

It has really prevented us from building our technical diagrams from scratch.
Seamless Group Diagramming with Co-Authoring and In-Editor Chat…!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it enables group diagramming that's more effective than alternatives like Edraw Max,which I previously preferred.Its features like co-authoring,collaborative cursors, and in-editor chat make virtual team diagramming seamless and productive.Very cost effective to its users too

It has really empowered me to build better charts and diagrams,so nothing that i dislike towards it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating mockup roadmaps and designing processes has been the best.It has really benefited us.
