Essential Tool for Task Tracking and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use lucid spark to keep track of my tasks and progress made as well al mapping out where classes and wellness sessions fall in the year as well as a collaboration space with colleagues to move classes around the calendars. The office hours and teams channel have been great resources for me to learn more about lucid and lucid chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure that I find any downsides to using Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has been instrumental in helping me track my tasks and progress, as well as keeping each task organized within its proper category. In my role, I work across four different work categories, each with its own calendar and set of tasks that are affected by changes in our department throughout the year. Lucid makes it easier for me to stay organized and also enables me to share updates with my team members, so everyone is aware of our current status in various processes.
Seamless Collaboration and Powerful Toolset
What do you like best about the product?
The suite of tools functions very well and is as full featured as any traditional desktop software. Collaborating on a document simultaneously with my peers is easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use right-click just to scroll through pages feels unintuitive and quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid enables my team to collaborate on diagrams and brainstorming sessions seamlessly. It works effectively across multiple platforms, scaling smoothly from tablets to large display screens in conference rooms. Additionally, it is relatively easy to use.

I appreciate the AI prompts and the autoformat feature, as they help me save time.

The software's ability to generate and visualize SOPs is quite useful. It streamlines the process and makes it easier to understand and manage standard operating procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite leverages AI capabilities for editing, generating, and fine-tuning visualizations. The AI features significantly streamline the process of creating flow charts, which saves me a lot of time. It's particularly beneficial for me to start a chart from scratch efficiently and then easily edit it afterward. The ease of creating process flow charts also allows me to compile complex process points into clear and comprehensible visual representations effortlessly. Additionally, the intuitive setup of the software contributed to a straightforward initial experience, making the entire tool extremely user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say more AI functionality. Everything works fine currently, but adopting more AI capabilities would benefit the product immensely.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to compile process points into visual flow charts easily, saving time with AI-assisted creation and editing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ease of handling and user-friendly interface, which makes it extremely accessible for someone like me who uses it primarily for studying in my MSc Engineering Management program. The software's capability to effectively visualize organizational structures, create project management flowcharts, and produce systems engineering and network diagrams greatly aids in my academic work. Additionally, the pre-made templates are a fantastic feature that saves me time and energy, making my workflow much more efficient. The initial setup was impressively straightforward; logging in was all it took, and its intuitive nature allowed me to start using it immediately. Furthermore, I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 and have already recommended it to a friend, which speaks to my overall satisfaction and trust in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription is a bit pricey, especially for students. If there was a student-friendly pro subscription, it would be immensely helpful.

Essentially this is a great suite. It enables real-time shared teamwork updates on a single visual canvas.

Limited offline functionality. If I lose internet, I can work on my document.

I was disappointed in the AI when it came to rescaling and resizing pieces of the flowchart because it was unable to follow my instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly and highly customizable as per the needs which makes it easier and quick to modify the templates accordingly based on the requirements.

The premium features can be made available on a trial period basis in order to take an informed decision

It helps me in quickly framing and visualizing thoughts into artefacts also for designing mockups and architectures
Lucid Boosts Real-Time Collaboration and Productivity Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I have using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since 2023 as a Game Developer from my previous organization. I like how it allows me to visually collaborate with colleagues which help boost productivity in real-time. Lucidchart allows me to create diagrams and flowcharts that ease visualization of business processes automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never come across any flaw while using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite apart from lack of offline access on the Android Apps which isn’t a big issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit that I relish with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is collaborating visually with teams in one place.
