Building strong flowcharts, system diagrams and wireframes with very many shapes and icons to use
What do you like best about the product?
The features I like most about this software is the easy set up, the excellent customization available and the ability to have my own templates sets and custom shapes that I use most often saved to my favorites. With its intuitive workspace we are expanding our ability to capture workflows and processes through diagrams than what is available in other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement recommendation is to make the comments and notifications more visible for the owner of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems I have been solving with this software is to create process maps, system diagrams and infrastructure layouts clearly outlining every detail so that is is easy for developers and designers to easily understand the continuous deployment processes we want to achieve.
Amazing tool to easily diagram and discuss flows and processes in a highly efficient manner
What do you like best about the product?
It is a highly usable tool that has powerful functionality related to specialized robust shapes, rich text fonts, color palette registration and efficient grouping of objects to create custom flowcharts. It is by far the best diagramming tool I have used thus far that is much more visually appealing compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any negatives about this tool it has always been enjoyable to use and extremely convenient in the ways it facilitates diagramming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to promote collaborative work by supporting mapping of communication flows between different teams and hierarchy diagrams which has increased team’s productivity and service delivery cycle has also shortened.
Incredible diagram design tool that is greatly responsive connecting objects with lines
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use due to the drag&drop features and the ability to navigate the canvas quickly to create diagrams. The multiple templates, object types, and embed options are an incredible value within this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need more options you might have to get the paid version to access all the shapes to build a variety of diagrams for professional presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It became a great technical support to make our processes flow more quickly by enabling me to represent our onboarding sequences, screening workflows and interview stages with flowcharts, pipeline visuals and dynamic diagrams.
The diagram editor is fantastic and the wide icons support and sharing capabilities are excellent

Remarkably easy to go from no experience with production or design of charts to making professional-looking outputs with ease using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It has a vast library of shapes and templates, it provides the option to jump arrows, and layers may be used for better diagramming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike I view Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as an essential aspect of my ability to visualize projects and workflows.

I have utilized Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create everything from market segmentation maps, trend flow charts to geographic distribution maps that helps organize market share comparisons and buying behavior pathways.
Quick access to all the functionality needed to design a flowchart perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
With its intelligent diagramming capabilities I am able to map out processes and organizational structure in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand way. It was very easy to import images and export the diagrams without any cost and these are most important things I like about Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my view there has been nothing to like least about this tool all the features have worked for me perfectly to utilize in my diagrams creation tasks.

The tool allows me to visualize workflows and create clear visual representation contract structures, litigation strategies and organizational charts helping simplify discussions with my team and better analyze issues.

Designing diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps with a polished appearance is surprisingly simple because of the user-friendly interface and wide selection of shapes and icons.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it offers a variety of templates that are easy to use and make quick work of designing workflows and ability to edit the diagrams according to my needs and export them easily.

I have nothing to dislike about the software. It's easy to use and comfortable.

Very versatile and offers practically all of the needed elements to develop effective diagrams

Collaboration tools, it’s editor, vast number of shapes and the variety of icons are the few of the things where Lucid is good and great to use. The simple to navigate interface is intended to be helpful to any individual within any rank or position within a company. The toolbar facilitates the creation of diagrams and sketches can be customized very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad experiences and Lucid has always worked making it easy to produce, edit and version diagrams.

I have developed functional process maps that track key service metrics such as booking accuracy, response times and customer satisfaction scores so we are able to adjust workflows and staff allocation to ensure a consistent high-quality client experience.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a highly effective diagram creation tool that supports a lot integrations for example it is easy to insert diagrams directly into Google Workspace. The icons, lines and arrows available produce high quality flows that are very good for collaboration and process explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should offer more AI features in line with close competitors so as not to fall behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration has been very helpful in mapping beneficiary journeys and reporting structures to ensure programs run efficiently. The partnership coordination diagrams I create help elevate our communication and collaboration with partners and also make it easier to clarify roles.
Great for process mapping, easy to use and more so reliable than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The process flow diagramming, shapes and templates work really well and meet my needs more than other tool I’ve tried. It is very easy to use and I am able to deliver tasks using this tool for charting workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not encounter any major problem so far as a Lucid Visual Collaboration paid user.

I am able to create data visualizations like charts and graphs which facilitates group input, reviews and approvals, as well as detailed explanations.
