User-Friendly with Integration Challenges

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite visually appealing and nice to use. I'm very happy with the feature of using bend lines, as they really enhance the experience. It's also easy to set up, similar to using Facebook or Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find line making much difficult. I think about extending lines from any object with a magnetic point to make drawing easier. I find integrating with Microsoft Excel not easy, it's very difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for making flowcharts with my teams.

Intuitive, Flexible Real-Time Collaboration That Turns Ideas Into Action

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how intuitive and flexible it is for real-time collaboration. The interface feels straightforward and easy to navigate, even for new users, and being able to brainstorm, map out processes, and visualize ideas together in one place saves a lot of time. I also really appreciate the smooth collaboration features, along with the templates and integrations, which make it simple to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the sheer number of features and options can feel overwhelming. Some of the more advanced functionality comes with a learning curve, and performance may slow down slightly when working with very large or complex boards. On top of that, certain features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller teams.

Also Im having problems using linux chromium as it breaks it the moment i open a board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me turn complex ideas into clear, shareable visuals so everyone stays aligned. It addresses the problem of scattered communication by giving me a single place to brainstorm, map out processes, and collaborate with my team in real time. As a result, we’ve had fewer misunderstandings, faster decision-making, and more productive meetings, because we can actually see the ideas and build on them together instead of only talking about them.

Fast, Real-Time Process Flow Diagramming That Keeps Meetings Moving

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The speed in which I could develop process flow diagrams. I was able to conduct a design session and document what they were saying real time without holding up the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to export print quality PNG (the option is there but it always errors).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting work process flows in an intuitive way

Clean Visuals, Steep Learning Curve

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is really clean. While it may not be the most user-friendly at first, once you know how to use it, you can create really compelling visuals. These visuals help articulate complex concepts or workflows in a simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find LucidSpark to be a little bit confusing. Some of the stuff over on the left side you have an idea of what you wanna do, but it doesn't feel the most intuitive to pull it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to articulate user flows and workflows for business stakeholders and product development teams, enhancing understanding. It helps create clean, compelling visuals to simplify complex concepts.

Smooth Jira Integration with Clear Visuals

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It seemed to work ok and did integrate into Jira .. but a bit slow to launch to Lucid and back ... probably partly due to this being an old version of Jira. Otherwise, it seemed to show the visual just fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didnt find anything we disliked, as it was close enough of a feature set compared to other products. Pricing was more than we wanted on a monthly subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did provide a clean way to draw our visuals and would embed those visuals in Jira, which was a requirement for linking the visual to the project / story.

One Ecosystem That Keeps Brainstorming and Diagramming in Sync

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Everything lives in one ecosystem: Lucidchart + Lucidspark work seamlessly, so you can brainstorm loosely and then snap those ideas straight into structured diagrams without switching tools or losing momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lag with large boards/diagrams — Very big boards with lots of content can start to slow down or become unwieldy, especially on lower-powered machines.

Version control limits — Although it has history and commenting, complex branching or reviewing multiple versions isn’t as strong as in some design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone literally sees the same thing, reducing misunderstandings.

Ideas evolve faster because visuals help teams iterate more clearly than text discussions alone.

Diverse Components, Seamless Setup

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating project management and Salesforce architecture diagrams. What I like the most is the huge amount of components available. There is always something you can use for what you are trying to achieve. This helps me because if the selection were limited, I would need to either create them using basic shapes and grouping, which would take a lot of time and might not look good enough or have my diagrams be harder to understand. The initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very seamless. User management is simple, and when you sign up, you jump right into diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the feature of how arrows connect between shapes to be very complex and it's sometimes hard to make the arrows do what you want. It takes a minute to understand the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create good-looking diagrams fast, which helps document ideas clearly without spending too much time. The range of components allows precise and understandable diagrams, saving time and enhancing clarity.

Effortlessly Turns Notes into Diagrams with an Infinite Canvas

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to turn notes into diagrams. A big plus is the infinite canvas, which lets me work freely without feeling limited by the available space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I export in image or PDF format, the result isn’t faithful to the original. Some elements get cut off or lose resolution, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been fascinating, because I can express my ideas in a clean, organized way. It really helps me bring order to the initial chaos of each project.

Powerful Diagram Tool with Room for Improvement

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to connect different tools and import different charts. This flexibility is really handy because each business has different requirements, but Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides tools and charts that share core values, allowing me to connect the dots and create a customized plan. The ability to drag and drop elements makes it easy to create diagrams without hassle, ensuring each component is connected and not just floating around. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's just missing a few more connecting tools. For network diagrams, there are a lot of equipment that a company could have for its networking side, IT side. It doesn't have all those tools or equipment listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me create complex wire and network diagrams, allowing systems to be identified and connected with ease. It's beneficial for planning, as I can connect new moves or changes without hassle.

Easy to Navigate and User-Friendly

  • January 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ai feature which create the default template, we can use any cloud service logos to create the perfect architecture diagrams. It has a lot of templates options to choose from.We can create agile or anytype of diagrams and flowcharts as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI looks bit classic and not eye catching for someone using it for first time. Although it is easy to navigate but yeah look and feel can be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re working on a GCP project, and creating the architecture diagram is straightforward because we can quickly find the right service logos. We’re able to draw both network and data architecture diagrams, share and present them to the client, and collaborate live with the team. This helps us stay aligned, avoid missing details, and keep the work moving without unnecessary delays.
