Versatile Diagramming with Rich Geometrical Features
What do you like best about the product?
The good amount of geometrical features as the main options make this program very valuable to build an assortment of tasks through diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it takes some time to discover where things are but until now I haven’t discovered any bad function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program helps me in the realization of flow charts that visualize our strategic plan and updating our organizational chart defining roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
Very handy with extended set of diagram configuration variables
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid’s ease of use and it’s robust set of shapes makes it my smart diagramming choice over competitors. It has really useful canvas and good selection of flowchart templates and presets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t found much to complain about although I would appreciate some additional flexibility in the connector tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create org charts easily and it also allows me to create tasks in a visually friendly way that mimics brainstorming, which is very helpful when starting out a project.

I have been able to meet all my visual collaboration and business decision making with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for over three years without facing drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing project timelines with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to execute projects rapidly.

Central Hub for Seamless Remote Collaboration for Business Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a central hub for remote work, charting, diagramming and PM. I like that it has a mobile application for both Android and iOS systems which ate highly customizable. Kudos to the vendor for allocating education and research materials which help create interactive learning tools and research diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I implemented both Lucidchart and Lucidspark in 2019 and I have never failed to accomplish my needs due to unresolved bug or a challenging feature to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enhance teamwork by unifying team in one place where we brainstorm and collaborate on the same documents and work together on the same projects regardless of geographical location.
Outstanding, Outsourcing and Top-notch Collaboration Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Its real-time feature greatly helps me an my team in brainstorming and spud ideas co-creation. I crown it easy-to-use setup and plugins. Outstanding and harnessed quality diagramming, team collaboration. I highly appreciate it flexibility to integrate with other tools like Microsoft 365,Slack, G.Workspace among others.

Despite abundant merits/advantage, only single setback I can list is it requires high internet frequency.

Real-time team collaboration, team advocacy channel. Agile design architect tools alignment. Team brainstorming and idea creation.

It can also feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of tools and options available, requiring some time to fully learn and customize.

The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves the problem of disconnected communication and lack of clarity in team projects. It brings everyone together in a shared visual workspace where ideas, processes, and data can be mapped out and understood at a glance. This helps reduce misunderstandings, speeds up decision-making, and keeps projects organized. For me, it’s especially beneficial because it makes collaboration more efficient—whether brainstorming in Lucidspark, creating detailed workflows in Lucidchart, or visualizing cloud infrastructure in Lucidscale—all in one place.

Effortless Collaboration and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid is easily to collaborate on and has a user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the templates are a bit underwhelming. It's hard for me to find one that I really find helpful to start with

Lucid is helping me have an easy way of creating diagrams for technical documentation and quickly having others contribute to those diagrams. This helps speed up and clarify the implementation of technical solutions.
Perfecty aligning lines and blocks to achieve ideation through diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It easily transforms most of my ideas into diagrams and I can design perfect diagrams with it's robust shapes that I can drag and drop to the canvas easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative about it, it seems easy enough for diagramming with a lot of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as my single platform for creating visual diagrams that helps me to visually plan project schedules, allocate resources and track milestones.
Powerful Features with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of capabilities along with the software understanding what is being attempted at being created are great! There is a slight learning curve to understand and remember where certain tools can be found within the UI. The support for learning the software is immense and very much appreciated as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out where certain tools and shapes were within the whiteboarding section. It would be ideal if there was an understanding by the software as to what was being intended when creating rough shapes, and the system would recommend something based off of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to visualize workflows and processes is immense for me right now. The tools available greatly help in situations where one is trying to establish a process. The large number of templates for the same are very useful as well.
