  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite includes very powerful flow chart creation functions. Resizing shapes, inserting text boxes and formatting arrows is very straightforward. The flexibility to put all needed elements in one sheet and easily rearrange them is also great. It gives me the ability to export my mockups, sketches and maps into over 6+ formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no technical limitations with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and I have not noted any improvements that I can recommend at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing cloud infrastructure maps and creating ERDs to model database schemas enables me to present my system design ideas in an efficient manner. I was able to create good looking charts for various documentation I was working on and they all turned out great.

Amazing platform with a feature set that is very complete for technical drawing

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the easiest platform to map out complex ideas without making a mess. I’ve used it to build workflows, technical documentation, and system architecture diagrams, and it never feels clunky. I have relied heavily on the vast template library it provides to ensure that I don’t have to create process diagrams from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be intentional about layout and spacing or things can shift around unexpectedly which can be annoying if you’re trying to move quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my preferred platform of choice for creating system architecture diagrams, control panel layouts and troubleshooting trees that help quickly diagnose system faults depending on the error code. The diagrams make processes easier to understand and they are a good addition to presentations, reports and operational manuals.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to drag and drop elements and connect them to create process diagrams. It provides lots of great features as I am designing diagrams, such as arrow placements, shape connectors, and line adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the amount of diagrams you need to create, the free version might become limiting quickly but the program is not pricey if you need to upgrade.

Effortless Workflow Design Made Possible

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to use and provides many options. It creates a clean, easy-to-follow template with a wide array of options, shapes, colors, and suggestions. The free trial option was helpful for my short course duration, and it greatly assisted me in completing my MBA workflow charts and strategies. The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding process was streamlined, which made learning the functions simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connector lines between various colored bubbles, like pain points and pathways, could use improvement. I would appreciate an automated 'connect with line' button that allows connections to meet exactly, while leaving adjustments like thickness, color, and arrows up to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating clean, easy-to-use templates with various options. It greatly assists me in completing assignments in a clean, colorful, non-exhaustive way.
