Lucidspark is a must for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, cloud-sharing, and live sessions

Some shortcuts are not easy to use, and application start-up times could be shorter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating business flows and high-level designs with my team and other stakeholders. I've realized that it's easy for others to provide real-time feedback and collaborate at the same time.

ease of use in creating a visual diagram for HVTs in top prospect and current customer accounts for our sales org

nothing yet! not even any glitch or bug issues present since I have been using lucidchart

It is flexible, intuitive, and easy. You can do most of the things you need with the pre-existing options.

I would love more options at times. Also some bigger pre-made flows would help

Visualizing becomes easier and better. It's way faster when you have a flow or a schema

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature to me is the link between pages in specific areas on the user flows, organograms e somethings like that.

I wish there was a desktop app version to best performance with multiple pages opened.

i can build and mapping usaer jorneys to best experiences in the information architecture phase. This is awsome to do visibility pf the entire process.
Fast, Reliable and Best portal to create the Charts.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, with drag and drop feature. With the Page expansion and downloading in different formats and template exporting features.

I have been using it for creating charts. I haven't found anything which makes me dislike it.
It is cheap and best. Far better than any high-prized portals which makes a user to struggle in creating simple charts.

Lucidchart let me work in real-time with my work-mates remotely, to create and annotate charts, regardless of the location of each member of my workgroup.
It integrates with the software programs which matter the most to me at work, such as Dropbox. Therefore, letting me save my created flow charts, process maps etc in real- time on third party software environments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because of my experience using alternative programs to Lucidchart, I struggle to shruggle off the feeling that Lucidchart has not got adequate templates to cover enough use cases. This is the only aspect of Lucidchart I dislike.

I use Lucidchart to create maps (process maps, charts etc) . I find it easy to access because it works within the framework of my computer browser - no need to download and install an application.

A very versatile tool! Helpful for collaboration. Contains lots of templates to use and help increase productivity. One tool to help you complete a lot of tasks. Perfect to use as a collaborative board with a large team and interact at the same time. We use it in all our meetings, mostly because we all work from home. Also compatible with other tools such as visio and draw.io
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of usage for free and individual versions. Sometimes we cannot finish what we're doing, mostly when my team is brainstoriming or trying to create a complex diagram. But the limit is quite fair. It might be a little challenging to use when you start using it, once you get familiar with the tool you can take a lot of advantage.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the collaborative activities; sometimes, they require many drawings and other things so that you can reach the usage limit very soon. It's a very intuitive tool and too many templates that might be overwhelming, but once you get familiar with the tool, everything is smooth. You can take advantage of this tool (even if you're using the free or individual version of the tool).
