Lucidspark is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very intuitive and has many different templates to choose from for diagramming. It also has a fantastic whiteboard feature that I love using for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of a membership is relatively high for an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has allowed me to mock up wireframes for new UI workflows, as well as create flowcharts to map the logic for these screens. The whiteboard feature also allows me and my team to collaborate on different software projects.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to facilitate working sessions with my team and articulate/brainstorm ideas. Was looking for such a tool since we started working from home. I just love this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the tool and do not have much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming sessions

A game-changer for my team's work
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easily navigable and I can create a professional-looking yet utilitarian chart in just a few minutes. My team has benefited greatly from the ability to work synchronously and asynchronously within the same charts. It's been a true game-changer in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options for objects to use could be more comprehensive. However, the included packs are still fairly voluminous! Other than that, LucidChart has definitely met my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use LucidCharts for outbreak cluster mapping, which has helped us visualize outbreaks in real time in order to provide more timely public health prevention initiatives.
Fabulous tool for expert facilitators navigating a virtual world
What do you like best about the product?
Folks nowadays are Zoom-ed out. Virtual meetings all day long where the mode of the meeting is mostly discussion based. Using Lucidspark has literally provided a SPARK to my meetings, creating a level of interest and engagement that is hard to pull off in a virtual environment. My meeting participants were able to participate in an action planning session by typing in ideas and then moved sticky notes around the page. No meeting platform can do that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I found that typing in the sticky notes got a bit cumbersome but nothing that I couldn't manage or frankly, conquer. Everything else is A* to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Action planning and resource mapping through a virtual meeting environment.
Responsive Browser-Based Whiteboarding. Finally.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark's responsiveness and ease of use are superior to other whiteboarding tools I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toolset for whiteboarding is not as robust as some other products, but new tools and features are routinely added, and it has not been a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has simplified brainstorming and idea sessions during a challenging remote work period for our team at Pima Community College and has become an invaluable part of my workflow.
Intuitive user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality of the interface is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving stickies around the page can be a bit clunky, and also zooming in and out of the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote brainstorming sessions
Great Collaborative Space
What do you like best about the product?
I love the blank slate that allows me to create a space to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when I'm in a presentation, everyone has to register to be able to use it. That stopped my team from using it at our last training. I wanted everyone's input, but the older members of my team saw the registration as a stumbling block in our presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing ideas creates deeper learning. When my students are able to post their ideas without verbalizing, the other students feed off that and their thinking reaches that beautiful critical stage.
Good Brainstorming Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the ease of use. You don't need a manual to figure out how to get started. It's pretty easy to start dragging post-its, coloring them, creating labels, and organizing things so you put it right into Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Granting access to the rest of the team was a little clunky, but I think they have improved it since I was an early adopter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What should the team be doing? Roles and Responsibilities. It's great that the team has the ability to move and create in real-time, and it's not just me, the manager, doing everything for them.
Great Features, Easy to Use and Share
What do you like best about the product?
The features are great: I appreciate that hyperlinks are available; there is a wide variety of shapes, colors, and fonts.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's just one big board and can get difficult to navigate--I'd like the option for pages or frames of some kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My students can communicate their ideas effectively. It's easy for them to share with me.
Great tools for Administration and Instruction
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid spark is easy to use, webased, accessible from anywhere. Easy to share, present, and collaborate with peers. Lots of templates and resources built right in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't say anything bad about it yet. Maybe an offline mode would be nice, but I always have net access so it's really not an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conveying and communication information, workflows, org charts, processes and procedures. Engaging students with content and enabling them to become creators not just consumers
