A picture is worth a thousand hours of videocall!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly collaborate, live, with multiple stakeholders to cut through the noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
VERY slow to load via browser, which is a barrier to using it spontaneously. Also, the licensing/sharing mechanism is clunky and I find myself frustrated when users/stakeholders can't edit or view after I share the doc to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting multiple stakeholders on the same page, quickly. Helps us scope projects. Particularly useful for communication between business and technical stakeholders- getting the business types to understand what the technical types are saying.

Trust me, the freehand drawing capability is a huge timesaver for brainstorming
Useful tool for visioning and high level planning
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it fast and easy to organize and collaborate on higher level planning processes. By having limited shapes and some standard formats commonly used in planning you can stay more focused on the ideas and vision as opposed to messing around getting arrows to go the right place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the product will improve rapidly so some small things on this list will likely go away. It would be nice to be able to more easily add columns, like a plus column feature. I also don't know why the sticky notes have to have constrained proportions as it makes it hard to use them for larger bits of text. It would be amazing to have a way to embed documents or resources, like have a thumbnail of a Google Doc and then open the file in a new window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using it to plan marketing campaigns where they are multiple channels and phases that need to be organized. It was helpful in quickly getting out topics and arranging them into columns. The team added things as they were identified to each column. It was a very efficient way to plan.
Critical remote work tool
What do you like best about the product?
Even the least technical members of my team that prefer face to face communications are using and loving this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting to PDF took awhile to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to formulate a complex idea quickly and share with our team savings out thousands in legal fees.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept of notes, their colors and containers
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be awesome to have a snap to grid function. The sticky notes just float around without that. It would also be awesome to define priorities or functions to specific colors of stickies that could help organize automatically. It would also be perfect if there were swimlane/ other templates to build upon.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is simple, within a few minutes of getting going on it I had the short keys down and was able to quickly navigate and use the platform. I love that it isn't just for team collaborations but I find myself doing my own brainstorming, organizing, and planning using the program. I have boards that I've shared with my team so they can view but not mess up and others we use for collaborations. The ability to save PDF or print select areas has been a great tool and i've used a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime I find myself wanting additional customization for colors, shapes, etc. but haven't been limited by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving tracking ideas for our team that will change priority and timelines because of the ability to easily move stickynotes around and group them together. It has saved me lots of time and headache from doing a similar board in illustrator. This is so much faster and simpler with the ability to collaborate. I find myself using this for lots of thing both professionally and personally.
Awesome visual tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
Love having a visual medium to work with that allows every member of my team to be a equal contributor. To date whenever or remote meetings have needed any type of visual organization (beyond sheets or docs), I've had to pull the meeting into Adobe illustrator, which prevents anyone else from being able to contribute directly to or feel ownership of the document. I love that even the "non-creatives" on my team can easily contribute images and ideas without feeling like second-class team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things that would help:
1. Not having to press so many keys to visit a hyperlink
2. Would love to access a list somewhere of all the hyperlinks included in a board
3. Would love to be able to pick custom hex colors. This is important because we use the boards to evaluate brand/product colors. Currently using a tedious copy/paste workaround. Would also love more fonts (pair with Adobe font book for creative cloud subscribers?)
4. It's really hard to alt-copy small objects
1. Not having to press so many keys to visit a hyperlink

We use it for brand mood boards, product color selection, new product launch timelines, instagram grid planning, new product brainstorming, marketing campaign brainstorming, creative reviews, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, I like that it is easy to use, so several team members can participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it has an error with Enter, when you press it, it creates a new post-it. It doesn't always happen, but it does.

Be able to add previews of hyperlinks or Google spreads

It is very good for people who work in the same organization. You can have a broad overview of the team's pending tasks.

Easy to use and my clients love it and find it valuable, too.

Perfect for online collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
When you need to have several people from different countries on a virtual room, and on top of that they need to perform group dynamics, flexibility and ease of use is a must.
Probably those are the features that I enjoy the most working with LucidSpark as tool. This tool allows me to do most of the work at the same place and it's pretty simple to use, that also makes my use of time more efficiently having less need to explain or introduce the tool.

Probably the use of arrows could be easier and sometimes connection gets lost, but nothing that get the situation too complex
