Great for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it makes it for the whole team to to collaborate on new processes and systems! The best tool I've used so far and it's very user friendly for others to get on board
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found many downsides to using this - I have very specific uses for it. Some of my team prefers everything printed - so maybe the print feature could be a little easier to use with such larger size documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us so much time because it's so much easier and more capable at what it does than putting together PowerPoints, which is what my teams used to do.
Collaborate with your guests unconditionally
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid allows guests to collaborate without having to create an account. This makes using Lucidspark stress-free with new collaborators and audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid does not have good tools to create and display tabular content. The new timeline and organize feature are very poorly designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an infinite canvas to put all your thoughts together and in one place. Easy to build new flow charts, and diagrams, engage people in meetings, and do brainstorming exercises.
Overall good, a few minor nitpicks.
What do you like best about the product?
The more general whiteboarding vs Lucid chart is nice, it makes it feel a lot more open ended and like a true brainstorming session
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have tabs is a bit inconvenient for how I think/work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a good collaborative space. Especially when there are multiple teams that are trying to be heard, having everyone able to input onto the same space at once is very useful.
Generally feature complete whiteboarding application
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to jump right in and start diagraming out my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some weird corner cases that cause friction, such as sticky notes being hard-constrained at a certain text size. I've also noted that it can be a little rough on resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us diagram out our business problems and plan out our technical solutions. It is helpful when it comes to communicating our though processes.
Easy to use for my simple use case
What do you like best about the product?
Made for a very simple but customizable stickies board to display data. Lining up sticky notes for a clean presentation was very convenient and helped the board look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my basic use case there were no issues that I encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidSpark allows me to present technical research findings in a manner that is clear to non-technical individuals.
Lucidspark is an easy brainstorming tool with little to no learning curve.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is super easy to use for teammates with all skill levels. It incorporates interactive elements and sharing tools to help with internal collaboration and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucidspark is easy to use for all departments, for advanced teams it may seem a little lacking in features. More technical users may wish for there to be more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming among internal teams is the primary use case for Lucidspark. We can now visually see where each team is at in the process to implement new services and offerings.
A promising app but lacking some flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
New users can be onboarded and start using the collaborative envirmont really quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alittle bit of organization will help a lot - maybe pages, or tabs for different aspects of the brainstorming or collaboration happening in the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform for collaboration for users with different professional bacjground. I am a designer and I can brainstorm with my devs and PMs in one place.
Lucidspark meets my business needs
What do you like best about the product?
In my role I create a lot of process flows. Lucidspark makes this process seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it is frustrating trying to get shapes/arrows to align correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark allows for product and process flow creation and collaborative work on such flows.
Lucid is becoming the standard tool for diagraming and visual explanations.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface and the ability to integrate custom objects and industry-standard objects such as AWS, Azure etc. These are key features that quickly become an expectation compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are somewhat hidden; scaling objects need to open nested tools. Also, exporting seems a little complicated, especially if you want to add diagrams to documents; there appears to be a push to share the diagram instead of downloading it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to explain any complex technical architecture is massively simplified with a diagram. Tools that enable this are essential. These documents need to be updated and share often, again Lucid is great for this.
Great alternative to Visio
What do you like best about the product?
The UI was straightforward to understand, and navigating the menus was easy. I've tried other applications and found it extremely difficult compared to Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find any detailed templates for what I was doing.
I was trying to make a detailed IT architecture diagram highlighting how a particular application works.
I wanted to show how each Server\component interacts with each other, including (firewall) port numbers. So that customers can replicate the setup into their own environments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a diagraming software so that it can help us illustrate how applications work in an complex environment and also help us troubleshoot said applications.
