Lucidchart is intuitive and easy to use.

There's not much I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps us find holes in our daily processes. Map out your process and try to follow it through, you will most likely find things aren't always as they seem.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and logical organization . I use it to teach students principles of charting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little clunky when attempting to manipulate graphics when combining with text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it both as a teaching tool and as a means of creating graphical representation of both physical items and proce8.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gove it a try. The free version shows most of the tools. I've continued to like and use it.

Grids makes it easy to create diagrams in a great way

sometimes the lines auto connects to the new shapes

Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a tool that was flexible across multiple platforms and found it in Lucid Chart. It's intuitive and quick to use too, which meant I could dive straight in and get diagramming my ideas as, "a picture tells a thousand words".
What do you dislike about the product?
The file structure into which I store my work could be more attractive to use in order to see where I put things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex system design for smart cities and grids. Noting conversations using concept networks. It's so quick I sometimes draw flow charts as a conversation is taking place - then it's very easy to edit them by rearranging the boxes.

Best flowchart software that we've used so far
What do you like best about the product?
The general use of the software is great compared to other flowchart softwares. The drag & drop features are very helpful as well. I'm also a fan of the templated starting point for building a project flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to "dislike" about this software. It does what it's supposed to do, and does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using LucidChart helps every project start off on the right foot, regardless of its size. The benefit is evident once we're past the planning part of our project and we don't have to look back from there.
Great Web-Based Software
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is easy to work with. Way easier than Visio. And the staff is easy to reach and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could edit the lucid charts directly from the Word document itself after I embed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use lucid chart for work and I need to create flowcharts which is easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a Mac, its easier to use Lucidchart than to divide your hard drive just to be able to use Visio.
Excellent application - makes creating process diagrams easy!

I love all the different ways that are available out of the box to create diagrams and all the shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that annoys me is that there are no arches added when arrows intersect.

Needed a tool to create diagrams without having to pay 600$ per year for Visio.

The flexibility and shareability is superb!

Fast and easy way to share concepts and ideas in various formats! Very versatile.
Lucidchart is incredibly user friendly and has great ability!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user friendly aspect to the tool. It allows you to get rolling right when you gain access due to its easy ability to show the user where to find exactly what they need!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ability to create a stronger presentation. It allows me to build out what I need, but in regards to making it all a presentation, there are limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
process flows, org charts, clear mapping. I realized that the tool is incredibly useful for when creating any diagram that has connecting parts.

Incredibly easy tool to use. Also allows for collaboration within projects!

Very easy to use to build flows and data mapping. As a Product Owner, this is one of my core essential tools

Took a bit to get familiar with it when I started using it years ago, but spent a few hours and then it clicked and is now super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building process maps, or charts and data flows. Also use to build wireframes as well, all of which I do as part of my job.
