Super easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Makes workflow discussion meetings seamless. Even those involved for the first tine picked it up immediately.

Really nothing to dislike. No barriers to full team rollout and adoption

Great tool for team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, our team had LucidChart licenses which is an excellent tool in itself. We added LucidSpark to our library of tools, and it took our team collaboration to a new level. LucidSpark makes it easy for our remote team to connect and share ideas in a very effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a feature that's missing in LucidSpark is the ability to have separate tabs for different pieces of work. I think it would benefit from additional templates as the uses for LucidSpark are endless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious benefit is that LucidSpark allows a remote team to collaborate and bring ideas to life, enhanced by visual representation. By brainstorming different software components and their relative functionalities and relationships, LucidSpark has become an invaluable tool for my team.

Sharing, I had issues with sharing. Shared from an account that was deleted

Do not try competitors in the market. They doe not reach the level of professionalism and smoothness of Lucidspark. Simple, easy to use, amazing for team work, and will make your work a lot more efficient.
Great product. Easy to navigate and great tutorials

How simple it is to pick up the tools and navigation. The drag drop of icons and scratch pads are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not so friendly in some browsers. Had difficulty in Opera loading.

it's easy to use, very straightforward front end and easy to collaborate across boards. the team folders are also super useful

Not much to dislike to be honest, solid product allround. Fact this review has a minimum character limit is putting me off right now.

You like charts, graphs, and other assorted diagrams, then you know what to do
Perfect balance between features and simplicity

The speed at which you can make edits. How workshop participants can participate. the flexibility of design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more shape option on the board. But that is pretty minor.

We do lots of client branding workshops and workshops to develop website architecture. This has been a godsend for doing them remotely. We will continue to do lots of them remotely even when we can travel again.
