Great map producer for projects and team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
We have started using Lucidchart with our team because it makes it easy and beautiful to create graphics to keep track of our monthly projects. The colors, preset diagrams to choose from, and charts make it very quick and easy to enter our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the internet connection, we have lost some work before we saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep everyone in the team updated with projects as well as management.
Lucid Chart is great for fast and easy charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has several templates to do a variety of visualization. From Flow charts to Journey Maps, it's a great and easy tool to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more templates for Journey Mapping. You can do it, but you have to start from scratch to get a quality Journey Map

Best browser-based diagramming application!
What do you like best about the product?
Best application I've found so far that allows me to create organizational charts on my phone or computer via the browser. I can create colorful and attractive diagrams very easily. The interface is super easy to use, and I can collaborate with other people working with me very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version doesn't a lot you many options. It is worth the monthly fee, especially with the variety of subscription options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making charts is much easier now for whatever project we're working on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From as low as 4.95 a month, the paid version is worth it!
Easy to use ad create charts
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many templates you don't have to start from scratch. They are easy to use, organize and search. I have really enjoyed Lucidcharts
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are building charts from scratch and not using a templates it can get complicated and difficult to learn how to properly use everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have use Lucid charts to build extensive flow charts and help with visualizing journey maps
LucidChart is super great for diagraming
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so simple to use and easy to export stuff as well to share around.

Honestly there isn’t really anything that I dislike. It’s all been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flow charts for processes, diagrams for system flows, ERD’s for data entities.
Cheaper yet wonderful substitute to Visio
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's just as good as Visio. In some ways it's much better. I also like the webinars hosted by the company that assist users in getting the most out of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company discontinued the use of Visio due to cost concerns. Lucidchart is an excellent alternative.
Complex but very helpful

I love how easily customizable it is! Use it extensively for lots of different aspects of my business

Complex and big learning curve. Took a while to get comfortable.

It has helped me truly realize my workflow and make it more efficient.

Love it, but be patient. Helps to work with someone who knows it.
Cloudbased diagram creator
What do you like best about the product?
So many templates, colors and attractive premade designs on a browser-based software. Can access all my charts on any device without having to have the software installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet connection is a must, but due to it being a browser-based software, you can lose work if your internet connection drops or the site goes down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes our ideas and future projects for the whole team, while making them eye catching and simplified.
Best online diagram and chart creator
What do you like best about the product?
Premade templates and charts to input info. Everything is neat and clean with no annoying ads! Much better than using Microsoft Word to put together a chart, plus it's browser based so no downloading any software and I can access my charts from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline access - must be connected to the internet to download your charts (but you can still edit offline)

Being able to input information into flowcharts instead of making one from scratch is a huge timesaver!
My review for lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucidchart for designing a flowchart on a project I'm currently working on. This is actually the first time I'm creating a flowchart so I didn't really have any experience in it. I was using Microsoft word first and it took about 3-4 hours to get the work done and all my arrows weren't straight and each time I make little changes on it. Several things get scattered. I obviously had to look another better option and the first thing I saw on Google was Visio, I also have the Microsoft office package 2019 installed on my PC but visio isn't part of it so I went back to my search and picked the next which was Lucidchart. Created my account in a minute and it showed me a brief tutorial on how it works. Nothing too long that you'd get bored of. And, in a minute, I knew my way around and designed my flow chart in minutes. Also, when my internet went away for a while. It allowed me continue designing and saved my progress when my internet came back on.
So in summary, I love it for being easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Lucidchart for a long time like that but the only few things I saw on it that i disliked was
1. Exporting a large flow diagram (say about 2-3 pages) as PDF. I first exported my
first flow chart as PDF and it was quite long so it entered a new page. It. And out cutting my design. It cut my shapes, so, half of a particular shaper was on page 1 and the other half was on page 2. So I had to use the png option which came out as one long picture
Secondly, I couldn't export my flow chart when my internet was gone even after activating the "offline mode" so I had to look for an internet source to export my project.

Lucidchart really made my work look neat and made me seem like a pro at designing flowcharts. And I'm just an amateur 😁. Now, a few of my colleagues are giving me their work to design for them because the saw how neat mine was.
